The company was witnessed by my neighbors carelessly hitting my fence with their mowers multiple times to the point they uprooted the gate out of the ground. When I contacted the company multiple times in hopes for them to make it right and because I wanted to cancel my services, I got zero response over the course of several months. BUT, they sure are persistent about sending you bills so that they can get paid. Additionally, they charged me for weed control after I specifically said I didn't want it at the start of the season; my flower beds were still filled with weeds.
Our lawn is looking great this year! Prairie pros has been attentive in the way they provide lawn care, working efficiently but not rushing. Customer service is also amazing. We’ve been really happy and feel like we are getting an incredible value.
