Excellent job done by Kohler crew. Everything done in 1 1/2 days by 3 man crew. Extremely pleased with new shower.

Heather came to our home for the initial meeting. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Chris and Ian were the best. Professional and organized with attention to every detail. Any slight changes were cleared with us first. We chose Kohler for the name and they lived up to the reputation.

The workmen (Brian & Jacob) were nice, knowledgeable, clean, neat, detailed … made sure everything was the way we wanted it (measurements, etc.) and that everything worked correctly when they finished. They took enough time to make sure the work was done correctly. The finance guy (Brian) was great and our initial sales lady (Heather) was awesome, also! Finally, they showed us our lifetime warranty and how to quickly get in touch with Kohler Service, if ever needed. Thank you, Kohler :)

Kohler installed a new shower stall in the master bathroom.The installers were extremely professional and personable They checked in with us at various times the day to make sure we understood the process and to verify the position of the equipment. They left us with a bathroom cleaner then when they arrived and a beautiful shower stall and new toilet. Overall it was a positive experience.

AJ was, in all ways, a wonderful "Face of Kohler" gentleman. He demonstrated outstanding professionalism, his demeanor, knowledge of product, and scope of work for my project.

His manner and bearing with us on a personal level was always interested and listened to our wonderings about this and that component of our project. In every instance he treated us with deep respect, while answering our every question.

In our experience, AJ well earned a Five Star Rating.. We would actually ask for him to "lead the troops" on some next Kohler project !

Our change from tub to Kohler walk-in Luxstone shower was Class A from the start. Beginning with salesperson, Michelle, who worked with my changes and championed efforts to source the discontinued oil rubbed bronze finishes, to the warehouse who had to break down shipping packages to find it, and finishing with the installation team, Doug, Ryan, and Will who worked diligently to complete a beautiful installation in 2 days which included unexpected reconfigured plumbing, custom fitting a floor piece, and accommodating our on-site special request to add trim to the top of the walls where we kept some existing tile. They were always on time, professional, courteous, respectful, and friendly. In our opinion, the very best example of customer service, a quality product, and professional results. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Kohler Luxstone.

AJ & Luke arrived right on schedule. They looked over the job, explained what the plan was and went to work. As they moved forward with the project they would consult with us to ensure that we got what we wanted. The whole crew was exceptional in all aspects of installation and communication. Fantastic job and the finished project is very impressive.

Mike and his partners were excellent in there expertise, professionalism, punctuality and cleanliness. I asked Mike to fix a few pieces of tile i removed. No problem. Kohler has found an exceptional employee in Mike. A word to Kohler please treat him well. It would be a detriment to your company to loose him.

The Kohler System is amazing! The installation was less than 3 days! The materials are great quality! The process was excellent from the design meeting and material selection to the installation! The designer was fabulous and the installers were excellent! Their professionalism and expertise makes them worthy of 1,000,000 stars if I could! Team Israel and Jacob rock!

Needless to say that the Kohler products were of great quality, but the installers did an amazing job! They were punctual, very courteous, communicated during the install, protected our hardwood floors, and cleaned up before they left. Their attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend Kohler Services just because of the installers!

I LOVE my new walk-in shower! Israel and his crew showed up promptly at 8 a.m. and got right to work. I barely knew they were here. They made very little noise, and were professional through the whole process. I watched them work and they explained everything to me as they went. When they were finished, they showed me the new shower, explained how to clean it and went over the paperwork in detail. I highly recommend Kohler Services!!

My installers Israel and Jacob were so knowledgeable to fix any issues that came along. They were friendly and did a great job installing my shower and cleaning up after. I would highly recommend them. P.S. the Plumber was excellent too. I didn't catch his name though.

Our installation team of Doug, Gabriel and Will was hard working and efficient. All parts and accessories arrived as ordered and our bathtub, shower and toilet were installed in 2 days. They checked in with us as the job progressed to make sure that our expectations were met. They left the work site clean and respected our property.

Communication from the sales, scheduling and work teams was informative and we always knew the status of our job. The quality of the materials and the work is top-notch!

Brian and Jacob were very professional. They did a great job, and left the house better than when they started. The plumbers were also great. Couldn't be happier with the job !!!!!!

Kohler Services provided the absolute best service all around, from starting with the Design Center sales team, Design Consultant, demo & installation team, plumbers & electrician. The process was flawless. Kohler started the project early (!), were on time, professional & so wonderful to work with. I can’t emphasize enough how they made the entire demo & installation process so easy. The removal of my jacuzzi to the rebuild & installation of a new shower. Kohler Services takes care of EVERYTHING - they are a team who provide everything needed for the project so no middle man. All done under the budget I gave them. And my bathroom looks beautiful. Mike’s team worked together seamlessly coordinating the plumbing and electrical work that needed to be done. They covered our carpeting etc to keep it as clean as possible and then vacuumed the carpeted areas after the work was all done. We loved how they paid attention to all the finishing details. Definitely a great job.

I am very satisfied with my new Kohler Shower. What a wonderful improvement. Israel and his crew did an outstanding job. They were very patient with me and my questions. I will definitely refer them and Kohler to my friends.

We had our shower installed today by Kohler Services. They were prompt, had great and frequent communication, did an amazing job caring for and cleaning up my home during the project, were polite and friendly, and most of all installed a beautiful shower. They finished everything same day including some design changes on the fly. We’re incredibly happy with the service.
