We are very happy with the quality and look of our countertop. Install was easy, and everything was just as ordered and fit our existing vanity perfectly. The process was quick and affordable and we are very happy with the functionality and aesthetics.

I chose Brandt Molded Marble to renovate my standing shower. They made me a marble shower pan and 3 wall panels. The quality and durability of the product is impressive. Relative to all of my options, the price point was excellent as well. Paul & Hunter (installers) were very professional when working in my home. The only thing I regret is not doing this sooner!

Brandt Molded Marble did an outstanding job with our new vanity top replacement. The first top had a few imperfections but they made a new one right away, contacted the Plumber to return and did a replacement within a couple days. Great communication and service. This place is a gem! From making an appointment to check out some samples, to picking up our vanity top…everything was smooth and easy. However, the best part was Tato. She patiently took time to make sure my wife and I had all of the info we needed to make an informed choice. Then once we did Tato communicated with us every step of the way. We will be ordering another vanity top in the near future!

I was introduced to Brandt Marble by a friend and it was an awesome experience. I took a sample of my floor and wood work along and in just a few minutes my decision was made on the countertop and sink. I was able to see some of the varieties right on the assembly line. The turn around time was fantastic so there was no hold up on my project, and the price was better than expected. I would recommend Brandt Marble to anyone needing a countertop. Brandt Marble fabricated a custom shower base for our new home. Their team worked with me directly to field measure and fabricate the shower base. Given it's size it had to be isntalled while rough framing was being completed and they worked with our framer and plumber to determine the best time for installation. Great coordination on their part and the installation went flawlessly.

Currently the shower base is beneath protection while other trades finish up so I cannot provided photos. An absolutely wonderful job on their part and we are hopeful to be using the shower later this Fall.

I am so happy with our experience with Brandt. The process, customer service, and product quality is excellent. From ordering to install, communication was timely and personable. I was originally intimidated by the idea of a custom product, but they made the process so easy and I love how it turned out.

We love the shower pan from Brandt. We had to have a very custom size of our shower pan with a very specific drain placement which I thought we would never find but we were so glad that we found Brandt. The molded marble pan is perfect. Even the delivery gentleman was so helpful.

We had a Brandt Molded Marble vanity top for 25 years and we loved it. When we decided to replace the vanity and update our bathroom, I knew we needed to go back to them. Nice people to work with and again love the new vanity top.

Overall amazing experience. We picked out a unique tile for our shower and didn't want a tiled floor due to hard water, cleaning, etc. but still wanted something different than just a normal shower pan. In our research we found Brandt. What a find...the Owner Tato met us at our convenience, showed us their product and different options. Excellent communication throughout our decision process. Noah was also extremely helpful with measuring and delivery. We used their recommended installer, Martin's Plumbing in Mukwonago, also great.
The custom shower pan turned out better than we could have imagined. Although we have not completed the entire project yet I attached pictures of how beautiful the shower pan looks. We will definitely be using Brandt again in our next phase with custom vanity tops.

I can not say enough about Brandt. From selections, to measuring, to installation, it was smooth as silk. The communication was top notch. The installers were professional, respectful, and above all amazing at their jobs. Our moulded vanity top and Quartz Kitchen counter have transformed the room! Brandt Molded Marble did an outstanding job creating our custom countertops for our bathroom remodels. They worked with our contractor to make sure the countertops were made to specifications and could be picked up and transported safely. The time frame was the quickest in the larger surrounding area.

I had countertops installed. The project was supposed to take 3-4 hours. It took 6 days. First the installers (Kopfmann) cut the sink hole too big. They had to make another piece, 3 day delay. Then they had air clamps that didn't work, another day delay. During this day the installer tracked oil/grease on my carpeting. When I had the plumber come to install the sink, the cutout was too small. The project finally is done, but the countertops are not level. I called Home Depot several times during this fiasco. Not once did they call me. I was told I would get a survey to evaluate Kopfmann. I never got that either. I guess that don't want bad reviews. Terrible experience. DON'T USE THEM FOR INSTALLATIONS!

We are doing improvements on our house and on September10 ordered supplies from the Menomonee Falls store. We were told the order would be delivered in 3 to 5 weeks. Final delivery was made on Nov 18th, 10 weeks after placing our order. The delay was caused by their mishandling the order but not once did they initiate communication with us regarding the status of our order. We had to call to get any info. They did not seem to care about our problems scheduling installation when they could not deliver product. I will not again spend $6,000 at this store.
