I couldnt ask for a better experience, from Andrew who came and we picked out a design. To the installers who did an awesome job. First of all they were right on time, took us through the whole process of the installation, made sure all the measurements were correct for our personal need. Always asked if we had questions about anything. After completing the job went through the whole shower, how to keep it all clean. They also did a great clean up after completing the installation. So happy I went with them. Will be recommending them to everyone.

Wonderful experience having my Kohler shower put in in only one day. Steven & crew came when they said they would & covered floors with drop cloths before taking out the old shower/tub. They worked quickly and kept us updated on different parts of the project. They were so friendly and competent. It was a long day for them but they left the house as clean as when they came. I really can’t express what a great experience it’s been. Thank you Steve, Jay, Peter and Paul.

I couldn’t have had a better experience and outcome with my new shower stall! Was apprehensive with the teardown needed but it all went smoothly!! I’ve got increased ceiling height and lighting in the shower!! The crew was professional, friendly and always available to answer my questions! That was important to me! The LUXSTONE is beautiful and I AM THRILLED AND HAPPY with Kohler Services and products!! Thank you! (P.S. I promised the crew fresh homebaked goodies again if they come back again to complete my renovation in the bathroom!)

The entire Kohler team was wonderful from start to finish. They were very professional, courteous, prompt, and timely. They replaced our shower, floor, and two toilets. EVERYONE at Kohler Services is awesome! From Carey Podlesnik, to Cary Bell and Gabriel Perez and his installation team, everyone has been phenomenal to work with! Not only are all of their products top of the line in the industry, their installation and craftsmanship is superior. Yes, there were a couple of very minor issues along the way however Kohler proactively reached out and is fixing any and all issues to our satisfaction. We are not only doing one bathroom with them but two. We are turning our master bathroom into a "car wash" system and we cannot wait to try it out. Please do not let their pricing scare you away - they are not the cheapest out there but they are the BEST with the HIGHEST QUALITY and the BEST WARRANTY. Go with Kohler, they are an unbelievable company with a perfect 5-start rating. Thank you Kohler!!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Israel Preciado and his crew from Kohler Services to install a new shower in our master bathroom. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Israel installed our new shower in just two days, and the results are great. His knowledge and expertise were evident in every step of the process, and he worked with an efficiency that never compromised quality.

Beyond his technical skill, Israel is kind, professional, and incredibly respectful in the way he manages a project. He is a true master serviceman who takes pride in his craft, and it shows in the final product. The crew worked seamlessly together, and their attention to detail was remarkable.

I cannot recommend Israel and his team highly enough. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and genuinely committed to excellence, Israel is the one to call.

4 week post install update: The installation was handled exceptionally well by Israel and his crew. They were courteous, professional, and timely, making the initial setup of the shower a breeze. Additionally, the shower door company was quick to respond, measuring for the door just a day or two after installation.

However, the experience took a turn when it came to the drywall work. It has now been four weeks since the shower installation, and we are still waiting for a drywall contractor to address the walls that require repair before we can proceed with tiling the floor. It’s disappointing that Kohler didn’t schedule this follow-up work immediately after the installation was completed.

While the drywall contractor did reach out to us about ten days ago, our attempts to contact him since then have gone unanswered. Despite bringing my concerns to Kohler, there is still no scheduled arrival for the drywall repair. This lack of communication and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating.

If you decide to purchase from Kohler Services, I strongly recommend going in with your eyes wide open. They tout that they will handle everything for you, but I have found myself in a position where I've had to pressure the company to get things moving. As of today, we still do not have a timeline for the drywall work, nor do I understand why Kohler cannot source another contractor to expedite this process.

While their products are high quality, similar to many competitors, the service aspect of my experience has been far from satisfactory. It’s disappointing to see a company with such a strong reputation drop the ball in customer service so carelessly. In my view, their reputation is suffering as a result of these service issues, and I hope they can improve in the future.

Very happy with our new Kohler bathroom. Everything from the sales person Carey to installers Israel and Jacob was great. They protected floors to keep path to bathroom clean. They kept us informed on what they were doing and asked where we wanted accessories. The shower is just gorgeous and new floor is perfect. Would definitely recommend them

Ryan Zydiak did an outstanding job installing my new Kohler Lux shower and bathtub. He handled all of my questions and concerns while making suggestions that improved the function of the two bathrooms he worked on. I also love the bidet

Overall went fairly well. Guys worked right along. Materials are looking nice. We'll have to see how long it will last. Colors are good. Can't rate how everything will work yet. Haven't used anything yet. I feel I got charged for things I didn't need. Like Heather ordered a shower head. We didn't use. That kind of stuff adds up.

I initially met with Michelle who was very thorough and answered all of our questions. On the date of the install, I met with AJ and Michael. Both were cheerful and told me how the removal/install would happen over the next two days. Michael sent me progress photos throughout this entire process. The completed product was stunning and they cleaned up after themselves.

I love 🩷 my new walk in shower! It’s so beautiful and will function well for safety concerns. I also added Kohler’s fold down arms for the toilet which are helpful and look nice. Installers Steve and Jay were awesome ! They were professional and did exceptional work. Mary, my design consultant was great to work with too. All around from consultation to completion it was a very positive experience! I would highly recommend them and will use them again for another bathroom.

Our experience with Kohler has been excellent on all fronts. Starting with our salesman, Vito to our installers Brian and Jacob! We appreciated their craftsmanship, quality of the product, their communication and cleanup! We highly recommend going with a Kohler shower system!

The Kohler Services team (Chris, Ian, and Doug) were top notch. They installed the new Luxstone showers (2) in three days. The showers are phenomenal and exceed our expectations. The installers were friendly and answered all our questions. They are very skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work. They were meticulous. I highly recommend them for bathroom upgrades. WOW! I’d give Gabriel and crew 10 stars if I could! From the start they were professional. They got here on time, laid out travel runners and had all the tools they needed. Removal of the old tub insert and wall seemed to be a snap. Then they rebuilt the studs to support our grab bars and our folding seat. I was so impressed listening to them concerning their measuring, once, twice, three times in all aspects of the installation with a little banter between them. True master carpenters! They left our bathroom spotless and vacuumed the carpet walkway, nice cleanup job. We are soooo very excited for our walk in shower! We are going to have Kohler Services back to replace our bathroom vanity and floor. As the salesman stated at the beginning, finished in two days. Let’s not forget the plumber. Ideal Mechanical did a great job with our old plumbing.We would recommend the Kohler Services Crew to everyone. We were very impressed!!!

They arrived on time for the job. The installation Went very smoothly… All tradesmen were very professional. Kohler delivers a high quality product…. (We’ve used them before). They offer a lifetime warranty on everything except the shower door itself. Very happy with the outcome. Brian and Jacob were very easy to work with.

Great experience ordering our custom bathroom double sink vanity top! Ordering process was very easy, they got it done in a timely manner, and the pick up process was smooth with no issues at all. Easy company to work with that does great work!
