We had Zack and his team replace the asphalt shingles on our retail store (Bicycle Doctor) in Dousman WI. Zack was very thorough and competive when quoting the project. Jose made suggestion during the project to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Great communicaton and follow up! The job was done on schedule and jobsite was cleaned up beyond expectations. The entire experience was great start to finish. Highly recommend Better View Home Improvements LLC, so much so that we had them do roof and gutters on another residential property immediealy after finishing the retail location.

Blake was excellent to deal with throughout our entire project. He was communicative and didn't ever once try and oversell us on anything. I was asked by Jose Compass, the owner of Better View Home Improvement, to offer a recommendation of him and his company. I am pleased to do so.

I manage several apartment buildings. I have hired Jose for over four (4) years to perform work to repair, maintain, restore and improve these buildings.

Jose and his workers are honest, trustworthy, competent, knowledgeable and very capable to perform many different types of repairs and restoration.

I offer a general list of the types of repairs and restoration that Jose has done for me. They are as follows:

1. Installed brand-new asphalt shingles for roofs;

5. Installed new and decorative wood pillars and repaired such wood pillars;

Jose’s costs are reasonable. He tells you the costs of the materials and labor and honors his estimate and tells about additional costs if there are unforeseen repairs.

Jose has done some repairs that had to get done immediately and he did so. He has done some small jobs for me and then he did not charge for the work for these small jobs. Jose appreciates that I pay his invoices very promptly and he shows this appreciation by doing the small jobs at no cost.

I will be hiring Jose for a lot of additional work over the coming years. I am confident that he will continue to do a good job for all of the work. His performance is why I will continue to hire him to do work. The proof is in the pudding.

I had a very old roof and gutter that needed replacing. Called Better View Home Improvements and Blake answered right away. He came over to the house within hours. Blake came back a couple of days later with an estimate and explained everything step by step with paperwork for further clarification. Blake’s team came by a week later and finished the job within 2 days. They were very meticulous about the clean up process as well. Fair pricing and top quality work. Dornbrook Construction just completed a larger concrete project. They replaced the garage floor, driveway, patio area and front sidewalk. The process was seamless from obtaining the quote from the owner-Larry to the crew doing the work led by Rudy. The price was reasonable compared to other quotes. Communication was very good. The crew did a great job of keeping the worksite clean. They were also very conscientious as the day of the big pour, the sky got dark and a band of rain moved through the area. They had the fresh concrete covered to protect it before the first raindrop fell. Highly recommend Dornbrook Construction!

Late to first meeting for quote, unprofessional response time in communication. Said it would be a quick project that could get done in no time. Then after 7 days of no response to scheduling this says he can't do it due to other larger projects. I would not recommend at all very unprofessional.

Speedy, efficient and economical. Did my driveway in two days. Project manager listened to my concerns about grading and no problems since.

We recently remodeled our basement. We were looking for something easy to maintain and that would be permanent. Dornbrook’s epoxy resin floor seemed like it might just be the ticket. They came out estimated and the price was in line or less than carpeting or wood Miles the main epoxy person said it would last longer than we will. He made us custom color samples. We chose a metallic with blue marbling. Day one a large crew showed up. They brought big grinders and ground the whole floor down, cut open all the cracks and filled them with some kind of join sealing epoxy. Next they sanded that down and then they put a sealer over the whole floor because we live on water. The sealer would keep the water from potentially permeating through the floor and damaging the epoxy. Day two they sanded the sealer patched a few areas then the cast a black epoxy coat. Third day they sanded the black base coat and then cast the color layer. They spread grey and titanium and then Miles went around with a blue colored epoxy and squirting it in and then sort of painted a picture with a spreader tool. Like an artist he basically made a unique in the whole world pattern from the back corner or my husbands beloved cedar closet to the opposite end and corner of our basement shower. The next day they sanded spots here and there and then put down the finish coat. The whole thing is amazing. Everyone who sees it loves the floor and is compelled as they bend down and touch it to ask how this is possible. With art and antique it is perfect. We put a few rugs on it and it looks fantastic. We even put in a salt water fish tank for our children and the epoxy is perfect because it can get wet and it doesn’t matter. Nothing sticks to it. It’s easy to clean and blocks water and radon from coming through. A great floor from a great company!

We had an old paver patio removed and replaced with a poured concrete pad and several sidewalks. The quote process was very easy and our sales person captured exactly what we intended. When we had an additional request, he was responsive.

The project start date we had quoted as reasonable and we were very happy when they called to ask if we could start about 3 weeks early.

The site team did a great job. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were polite and asked a lot of questions to ensure they got the job exactly right. They left the yard in near perfect condition. Very little was disturbed in the process. The site was spotless when they left. No trash or excess dirt left, all old material hauled away, and the site graded well. They even went above and beyond to replant a shrub for me and save some perennials.

The pour and shape was exactly what I wanted. The finish on the concrete is among the best we have seen. The expansion joints and edges all very straight and clean, no rough edges. They matched up to an existing stoops and approaches with great skill.

Great job with extending our driveway, they cleaned up after themselves, we’re pleasant to interact with and did a great job! Our cat walked through the cement and they came right back and brushed it out for us! Highly recommend!

Larry and his crew installed a new patio, and walkway for us. They were quick and timely, professional through and through and every one of the crew was friendly and hard working. Larry made recommendations and gave us ideas for things we wouldn’t of thought of and took our vision and wishes and turned it into something wonderful.
