Stephen was absolutely amazing and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and even followed up after the job was completed. Randy and Gabriel came out to my house to asses hail damage to my roof. They worked tirelessly with my insurance company to make sure I received coverage for a full roof replacement. They answered all my questions and were very helpful during the entire process. The build team did a great job installing my new roof and meticulously cleaned up after the job was completed.

Advocate construction did a great job from start to finish. It was a pleasure to work with Stephen Rodriguez and Samson.

I was very hesitant at the beginning due to bad experiences in the past with other people, however Stephen was very patient, caring to our family, and explained everything in a detailed manner. I honestly didn’t believe them when they stated that our deductible would be the only thing needed, but since Stephen did a wonderful job explaining to us what the company is all about, we went along with it. From inspection to end of project, Stephen was always available, on call, and showed up 20 mins early to every inspection and appointment that was made.

Construction was smooth, after the workday was done, the roofers were done. I saw a few complaints about debri and shingles being left over from the project. I can say that was not the case at all for me. After inspecting the project site three times, not a single nail or shingle was left. Clean up crew did a wonderful job, which left me impressed.

I will update in a year to talk about the quality of the work. So far we have had several snow falls and everything seems to be great. Overall I would love to work with Stephen again as well as Samson. Advocate made this a very smooth and painless process for us and we are thankful for the work they did for us!

Tony Valente first knocked on our door on December 12 of 2024 offering free inspections of homes due to hail damage in the area. Initially State Farm tried saying that only the metal vents on the roof were damaged. Advocate continued fighting for me until State Farm hit us with a roadblock. We were not happy with the initial determination so when a second storm came around, Tony offered to help us through the process again to hopefully get a more fair adjuster. Unfortunately, that did not go our way and we once again got assigned an adjuster who did absolutely nothing to help us. You wouldn’t believe me if I told you, but on May 15th 2025, we had a third hail storm within less than a year of our first and second claim. Although I was extremely reluctant to give this another try, Tony had worked with so many people in the area and had stories that encouraged me to give it one more try because we really did need a roof and we saw so many people around us getting it. We gave it a third try, they tried giving us the same runaround to begin with but Tony and Lorenzo stuck in there through thick and thin and we went from a ~$1000 payout to a ~$72,000 payout and we now have a beautiful roof on our house and do not have to worry about this for another 30 Years. Now, you would think that State Farm would drop us after three claims in less than a year and such a high payout, but after all was said and done, they actually offered us more coverage and have continued to treat us well. Thank you Tony, Lorenzo, and the Advocate Customer Service team, for your persistence and diligence on this matter. We would highly recommend Advocate and their services to anyone if they come knocking on your door, especially if you have been previously denied with another company or even them, they truly do hang in there and care about their homeowners!

Our roof replacement experience with Advocate Construction was seamless. Nick (significant kudos to him) explained what the process would entail, and it did not deviate. They took care of all insurance related items (a huge relief) and communication was outstanding. Dealing with Nick and Advocate Construction was a great experience.

I was recommended to Advocate by someone after getting an insurance claim initially approved for my roof, but they initially only partially approved the siding. Advocate helped me to get my siding fully approved as well. Tony Valente and Lorenzo Goldring were helpful throughout the process. I appreciate all of the hard work and effort to achieve a great final product.

After a storm hit our neighborhood last year, we were seemingly one of the only homes to have not been approved for a roof replacement. We were connected with Advocate through a family member, and from that point they took everything off of our plate. Alex worked tirelessly behind the scenes with our insurance company and did a great job keeping us in the loop as he worked through the process. His expertise in this area was very impressive. We soon got a call from a new adjuster that our roof was approved, and they were surprised it hadn’t been in the first place!

From there, Tim walked us through everything from getting our insurance check endorsed with our mortgage company, material selection, and build day preparation. The roof replacement and final walkthrough were seamless. In addition to that, the impact resistant shingles they used qualified us for a discount on our premiums.

We highly recommend Advocate and will be calling for quotes in the future. Thank you all so much!

We had an unexpectedly wonderful experience.

When Tony first arrived I was skeptical at first. He mentioned I could potentially received a new roof at no cost (only deductible) and he would just need to walk the property and look for roof damage.

A couple weeks later Derek came out and met with insurance adjuster and the roof claim was approved. Then a month later we got a new roof. The crew was efficient and the work was done well.

I also had a wonderful experience with customer support. They actually answer the phone and you talk to a real person!

He helped me to get our home inspected with our insurance company to make sure that we were protected, and they ended up getting us fully approved for a new roof on both our house and shed for a little less than our deductible! They are honest and provide professional services with experienced opinion. They are flexible and do whatever they can to make the customer comfortable and satisfied with their work.
