Our home's fireplace was thoroughly inspected and cleaned by Noah G. He addressed all of our inquiries and provided a thorough explanation of the cost of the chimney inspection. He found moisture buildup that had led to mold development inside the flue and cracks that needed to be fixed in the chimney during the inspection. Noah described how mold contamination might result from the rapid growth of mold spores in moist areas.

I used Advocate Construction for repairs to my roof, siding and gutters due to hail damage in May of 2025. I was impressed with the quality and service I received from advocate construction. I had 1 issue that was resolved in a timely manner. Tim Fox and Jerin Versalius were responsive to my concerns, and checked back with me to ensure my satisfaction. This is my 2nd time using this company for storm repairs. Both times I was completely satisfied at the end of the process. - Jack W

We had the pleasure of working with Tony Valente from Advocate after he knocked on our door and he helped us get fully approved for new roof and gutters with our insurance when we thought it wasn’t possible and had been previously denied. We would highly recommend their services if one of them comes knocking on your door!

From the very beginning to the very end, every person I spoke with, was very helpful, addressed my concerns and took care of any issues that were had at our house. This was quite different from the first roof. We had put on only six years prior. it was very disappointing to have to put a new one on that quick.I can’t remember all the gentleman names but everyone that I spoke with was very very nice. We were able to go away on a vacation and they did the roof while we were gone. Everything was left cleaned up and anything that wasn’t ,was fixed .Thank you again to all the gentlemen at advocate construction.

We had a roof and siding Insurance claim for hail damage. Could not be happier with the service provided by Gabrielle and Samson from Advocate. They were excellent as being the go-between for us with our Insurance Carrier and Adjuster. Any questions we had throughout the process, were promptly answered, with detailed information. Very thorough. The work crews for both jobs were timely, polite, and did an excellent post-work site clean-up.

I had a great experience working with Tony V. on my roof replacement. He explained and walked me through the processes with my insurance company and answered all my questions on the process with the construction. The work was done quickly and they quickly resolved my requested repairs.

Everyone with Advocate was very responsive to any questions we had and worked hard with our insurance company to help reduce the out-of-pocket expenses. Tony was especially attentive to our concerns.

Roof replaced by advocate 4 years ago and they apparently didn’t re-mail my roof sheets after peeling shingles and now I have multiple heaving joints and need a new roof again. Then the garage has a heaving seam too. Clearly little concern for a quality job but they sure were fast… to fail. They offer only a 24 month workmanship guarantee which is a joke in the industry. Go elsewhere if you need a roof that lasts. Shame on me for signing on with these folks.

EDIT: 8/23/23. I was contacted by Advocates service team after posting. In those 2 months after some persistence there is a mutual agreement to remedy without a firm / fixed date. I'll happily share my outcome at that time the work is complete and revise this review to consider that follow up should it occur.

I could not be more impressed with Advocate construction. When our Claims Advocate, Jason showed up at our door, and inspected our roof he found damage almost immediately. Jason and his team then worked with our insurance company to get me a completely new roof. They handled everything for us, and did a great job communicating everything to me. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Jason and his team to all my friends and family!

Tony from advocate was amazing. Helped me thru the entire process and The work crew were fast and courteous they did an excellent job and cleaned up their mess… I would recommend this company to anybody who needs help with their insurance co and wants quality work done to their property

My husband and I have had a great experience with Advocate Construction after a hail storm damaged our roof and it needed to be replaced. We worked with Tim, who was great at explaining the entire process to us from start to finish and helped everything go smoothly and quickly. We worked with Tony Valente from Advocate Construction after he knocked on our door offering a free inspection of our home while he was helping several of our neighbors get approved for new roofs after a hailstorm. He helped us get fully approved as well for a new roof on our house with no cost to us outside of our deductible!

Best home repair experience hands down. Nick, the sales rep, showed up after a hailstorm and offered a free inspection. They found and documented damage, and worked with the insurance company to get the paperwork done and the job covered. Did a great job with the roof itself, and were cleaned up and gone in a day. I couldn't believe how easy and straightforward it was.

Tony and Advocate walked us through every step and did all the heavy lifting while dealing with the insurance. Our home looks so much nicer with a new roof and we even ended up owing less than our deductible and were even given the ability to defer the out-of-pocket payment for 24 months thru their financing options! After our insurance previously denied our hail claim despite having been affected, Tony came knocking on our door and offered to help us through the steps with our insurance company to get fully approved for a new roof and we didn’t have to pay anything outside of our deductible! Tony and Advocate stayed very persistent and was able to get us fully approved after we had another storm even though we were not with that insurance company anymore. we would highly recommend their service if one of them comes knocking on your door. We are very happy with our new roof color and the crew did a great job cleaning up, and we did not pay anything outside of our deductible.

Absolutely horrible. Advocate came out after hail damage in the area and with the consult of the insurance company, decided I needed a new roof. The day of tear off I was advised not to speak to the crew as they couldn't speak English. 4 males and 2 of their girlfriends showed up and the males removed the roof. It took 2 days to complete and when the task was done the roofers didn't install flashing between the 2nd story wall and roof, didn't flash around the upper level of the 2 bump out windows, left bare wood under one bump out window and left cigarette butts, bottle caps and razor blades in my lawn. I had to speak to a sales rep because the crew couldn't speak English and was told it would be fixed. The next few months I had various people show up with no announcements, half hearted attempts to sheet metal the proper flashing, caulking that looked like a 12 year old with an attitude did it. When the first rain came, the chimney flashing leaked. I was told it wasn't installed properly and an associate would fix it. A person came out, unable to speak English and with his translate phone told me he wants experienced enough and needed help to fix it. So another person came out and caulked the hell out of it. That winter it leaked. So they came out and tore the caulk off and re caulked it. The summer gave us alot of rain and water leaked around the bathroom vent, causing the ceiling drywall to damage as well as the chimney leaked...again. so I paid to have a professional fix the drywall, which advocate paid for, and sent another person to fix the chimney. I have in writing, a report from advocate that the bathroom vents were not properlly installed. I asked for my deduction back, $1000 , because I had to take 3 days pto to be on the property just to have the crew not know or improperly fix a problem.​ after 2 weeks the financial person from advocate said due to me telling my neighbors about my experience and them potentially not using there services, they refused to refund the deposit. Unbelievably unprofessional. I'd say borderline illegal.

Had a great experience working with Chris Benson of Advocate Construction to replace our hail-damaged roof. The communication was excellent throughout the process as was the explanation of how the process would work and what the next steps would be. There were some very minor issues that got resolved immediately and followed up on very expeditiously. I would highly recommend working with Chris and using Advocate Construction for any future needs. They run their business like a business should be run. They held true to their word and did excellent work.
