Cut right lawn service has the best customer service I have ever experienced I have lived in the middle east and visited Dubai and even to Egypt but cut right lawn service has is the best yet and loved my lawn after their work. If I was asked which lawn service I would recommend I would say cut right without a doubt and if you do try this company out, its guaranteed you will love it.

Weather could have been warmer. The campground was great. Ee had a nice big site.

Been cutting our rental property lawn for years, when we had questions or concerns the owner addressed it immediately. This year we have a different employee that is doing a great job. Like I said the owner always addresses any issues and that is why we continued to use them. Over all a great company with great customer service

Trevor and his crew did an awesome job removing 3 large trees from my mother's yard. They were respectful to her and the yard was clean when they finished. Everything hauled away. Hard working team and Trevor cares about his company, that is evident in how he listens to his clients.

I enjoy their service. They all do a nice job but Randy especially does a great job mowing the lawn. He makes my lawn look like a golf course!

Naturescape has been a pleasure to deal with. Their website was very easy to navigate, their prices reasonable, and there have been no harrasing phone calls or emails trying to sell me other services. I needed weed control, and that's what I got!

We have used NatureScape for the past 6 years for aeration with overseeding. They have always done a great job. Yesterday their employee, Micheal L., left our property cleaner then before he arrived. Normally there are some dirt plugs and seed left on our walkways and drive way but Micheal cleaned off the walkways before leaving. Thanks Michael!

Good luck getting them out to your house in a timely matter. I have had to remind them for every treatment. Plus when they finally do send someone out, he looks drunk and shows up at 6pm! There is no professionalism with this company. Save your money and hire ANYONE else, I'm pretty sure they can do at least what Naturescape does. What a joke!

We had naturescape out to mow our lawn twice and they did a horrible job. Called and complained about sloppy, uncut sections and lack of any attention to detail, and we were told they would come re-mow to make up for it. This follow up was also unacceptable and after canceling naturescape we still received a bill for the redo mow!
We switched to having a high school student mow our lawn and he literally does it twice as well, with better quality and attention to detail and for half the cost. Naturescape is not a professional landscape company

Very disappointed in Naturescape. I paid for 3 months of mosquito control. I called and asked because they are supposed to be coming back for another application. When I called, they said they space them out 3-4 weeks. It's now been 5 weeks and when I called they were going to put a rush on it. Well here it is over a day later and still have heard nothing about them coming to do the application. I paid for June July and August. I have news for them, July ends tomorrow.

I would NOT recommend them.

NatureScape has done a wonderful job the past 2 years, our property is in the woods and they used the correct product to be sure the weeds were under control and the lawn looked great, highly recommend them.

I had a great experience today with Naturescape. Jonathon did very thorough job applying the chemicals with full coverage. He called me prior to coming out so that I could bring my dogs and chickens in. Thanks or the great job.

one star only because you can't give any stars. First year will never use again. We were treated in Spring, I hadto call to get our 2nd treatment in very late July, rec'd the 3rd treatment last week. Our yard looks and has looked all summer as if we did not have a lawn service. I have hand picked weeds all summer and bought roundup-this shouldn't be when you pay 189.00

Called and booked with a credit card on May 11 for 5 lawn fertilizing treatments. One week later no one had showed up so I called them and they said within the next 10 days they would be out. Seemed a little long, especially for the first treatment but, ok. 8 days into the 10 I called back to confirm they would be here in the next day or two and they said it would be another week. I told them that 3 weeks after charging me for them to show up was not professional and I wanted my money back and that I would do it myself. They made no attempt to try to get out in the next couple of days and did not care if they didn't have my business. Very unprofessional.

The person that comes out to cut our yard is very professional person. After about two or three weeks, he had our grass even like it's supposed to be. I'm thankful a disabled veteran like myself can find a company like Nature Scape. My yard looks just like if I had done it myself.

We live in Germantown, own a home and have used NatureScape for fertilizing our lawn for the last 12 years. The service comes 5 times a summer to keep the lawn green and weed free. The worker comes, does a good job and is gone in about 15 minutes.

We've used them for 10+ years for our lawn care and their service and quality is terrific. We also at times use them for snow removal when we're out of town. Reliable, dependable, knowledgable and flexible in scheduling. A great company to do business with.

I have been a Naturescape client for six years. Naturescape has been professional, friendly and their services have been extremely consistent over the years. A special acknowledgment to their customer service team, that are proactive and friendly.

I was pretty pleased with the service I got from Naturescape last summer. They treated my lawn and even left advice about how to take care of my lawn. In the fall, they called ahead to warn us that they were coming so we could make sure the lawn was clear of leaves. All my calls to them have been pleasantly dealt with. And the price is right!

I needed a one-time mowing for a too-long lawn. Despite my calling on a Monday after a week of rain, the lawn technician showed up on Wednesday and did an excellent job. I have seen other service providers cut lawns way too short, which is not good for the lawn. Very pleased with the service . . .all professional and efficient.
