Naturescape is exceptional. Our lawn looks fantastic, and if there are issues they'll come resolve them. We used them this year for snow removal also and the whole process was very smooth and pricing was manageable. We very much recommend Naturescape!

This company is a complete joke. They are cheap but would stay away and find better lawn company.

- they spray random weed killers even without inspecting the lawn. Sprayed broadleaf weed killers despite telling them repeatedly grassy weeds were the major problem in my lawn.
- didnt spray whole lawn, sprayed random spots, missed edges and spent too short time.

Subscribed full lawn treatment plan specifically to remove the weeds.
I specifically mentioned that my lawn had grassy weeds ( i was not sure if it was crab grass, nutsedge or foxtails, i was more into crab vs nutsedge based on my research over internet).

They did the first treatment, but it was mainly for broadleaf. (i had some broadleaf weeds too). But it didnt work at all.

I requested service again. Asked agent to have someone talk with me when they are in my home to spray again which never happened. Somebody came by and sprayed the chemicals. And guess what, the guy didnt even spray the whole lawn. Didnt spend even 10 minutes for lawn of 5k sq feet.

I receive the fall lawn aeration service on a annual basis. The crew is a top notch: conscientious, considerate, and professional.

Dandelions growing in yard, and have had to call them back multiple times for not covering property. 100% satisfaction is great and all but when having to call back and not receiving call backs timely really is not great.

I have not used the company yet but just signed up for their service this 2025 season. I managed rental properties and was shopping for weed control packages for the managed properties. When I mentioned that I had several properties, the sales and customer service Lana was very helpful in getting me discounts if I could bundle multiple properties. She even explained that I did not need to choose the 5 visits package but reduced the number of visits to save on cost. Lana explained which applications were more essential for rental properties especially when weeds control was a concern. This definitely helped to convince the properties owners. I contacted several other companies, most of them were quite similar in packages and offerings. Some companies did not have a live person to talk to, and I had to leave a voicemail or use their online system. Some companies were not competitive that they did not provide discounts for multiple properties. Lana was very responsive and able to get me a great deal. She gave me advice in terms of weed controls that I did not think about. As for the actual work of weeding, fertilizing, and lawn care, I would not know at this time.

Excellent job of aerating my lawn by Jason. Every corner, all the edges along sidewalks had multiple plugs . Not an area missed or shortcut taken.Very pleased with the quality of the work.

I'm just giving up on this place. The other reviews on here are 100% accurate. They seem to show up at random days sometimes with no warning. Quality of work is poor. They always miss areas even after repeated call backs. It's always the same excuses from their representative. I will let my pictures do the talking instead.

UPDATE: A manager from Naturescape had reached out to me and kindly offered to come back and fix my issues at no cost to me. I politely declined. If they haven't been able to fix my lawn after 2 years of calling I don't think anything will be different this time around.

I went ahead and switched to a different, family-owned, lawn care company. The weeds are now gone! Must be a coincidence or some work of magical powers but somehow the moment I switched to a new service the pesky weeds gave done away.

Hopefully this review helps others make a decision for themselves.

I have been using Naturescape for over 10 years. I have nice thick green grass and very seldom get weeds. They contact me before they come to apply an application. I would highly recommend Nature scape.

I've called 3 times now after one of your guys showed up and left in less than 5 minutes. He did one lap around our house and missed 90% of our lawn. I will be sharing my experience with everyone, including others in my subdivision that currently use your services. After 3 calls, 3 requests to have our lawn serviced correctly, and still no followup. Terrible company and will never use again!

"100 percent satisfaction guaranteed" is their motto. I was a long time customer who was not satisfied with the service. After one unanswered email and 1 unanswered phone request to redo the service they never responded until i recieved a sales call asking if i wanted to update my service request. When I explained the situation he guaranteed me they would do a better job next timer but they dont offer free service. WHAT IS THE 100 PERCENT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE WORTH IF YOU DONT HONOR YOUR WORD?

I used to be very happy with nature scape up until this year, which is why I’m giving them three stars. Their customer service is very nice, but seemed to quickly brush off problems that I had regarding our lawn this year, which was unfortunate because the problems we’ve had all year still have not been rectified.
I would never say to not go with this business, because maybe your yard experience will be better than ours, but I can say that I am definitely looking at other companies because we are not satisfied

Their customer service SUCKS!! in the past couple of months I've made personal phone contact with them repeatedly (4-5 times), each time with a promise of someone worker getting in touch with me, or coming out to my home to look at my lawn. And not one of those times had anyone followed thru! Even Billy, the branch mgr, dropped the ball!! Never again! And i will steer people away. I gave them more chances than they deserved.

Hardly any experience to share and that's the problem. Someone came out to look at a diseased tree and I never heard back despite telling him I wanted the service. I followed up with 2 phone calls several weeks later and still nothing.

Andy & his crew are fantastic to work with. Efficient, experienced & conscience. The crew did a great job from beginning to end! I'm very happy with the experience. And the price was right as well!

Beyond happy with these guys! Completely trust worthy, which to me is so important. Never felt like I was taken advantage, always gave me options or was ok with breaking it down in steps. Forever my go to company to call.

So greatful to Skyline Tree Service for their quick response to my phone call today. Andy came and checked out the Tree that was leaning and said it should come down today. He gathered his crew and arrived and completed the take down. Once the ground dries out from all the rain, they'll be back to clean up the brush.

Andy and his crew did a great job removing a pine tree in my front yard that fell during the April storms. He was careful to minimize any damage to my lawn. He was able to remove the stop rather than grinding it, which also helped to minimize the damage to my yard. This also made it less work for me to clean up. I would definitely use his service again. The best part was he gave me a great price and didn't gouge me when all the tree removal services were busy from the April storms.

Professional, courteous, respectful of property, efficient, reasonable, fair. Andy and crew responded to inquiry same day, offered professional guidance and removed three trees efficiently at fair price. Clean-up was great, like they were never here. Highly recommend.

Big project in Wauwatosa. Had to have 5+ trees removed along with misc debris in the yard. All the work was done in a day with virtually no disruption. Fair price and nice people.
