Incredibly rude service tech. Then when I called and emailed to talk about it, they didn't bother getting back to me for three days. Their excuse was they wanted to talk to the tech to get his side of the story. How does that take 3 days?

The workers were very kind and detailed. The only concern was the invoice with instructions. It had very weird quotations that didn't make sense. Just had to take more time to discuss what businesses needed washing inside and out.

It started out good, he came and gave me an estimate the same day that I called. He said he would call back to schedule when he got back to the office. He did not call and did not return my numerous phone calls in an effort to schedule with them I ultimately went with another service.

Fish not only does a great job on my windows, they are neat, clean and polite. Yesterday when they were finishing up, one of the workmen helped an elderly customer of mine carry her packages into my store!

Great job by Zach and James! I have a 2-story house - all the windows and screens, inside and out, were cleaned in 2 hours. No mess, no fuss. James and Zach arrived on time, were pleasant and professional, and my windows look great! Very fair pricing - now that I know how easy this is, I'll call Fish every summer!

I'm disappointed to write this review. As a fellow small business owner, I do feel I gave it a fair amount of time before doing so. I had arranged for window cleaning services to occur twice annually, fall and spring. When they did not come in spring I contacted them and was told they had no record of my service request and I was removed from there schedule. I never requested this removal. I do recall having to report poor quality work the last time they came, but that had been resolved (after several exchanges). I asked the office manager to have the owners give me a call because I wanted to give them a chance, again being a fellow small business owner I thought they would appreciate my feedback and want to try again. They never did contact me. Very disappointing!
