We truly value the service that Fish Window Cleaning provides for our store in Menomonee Falls. Everyone we've worked with ... from the office staff to the folks that clean our windows (always with a smile!) are amazing. Highly recommended ... they'll keep your windows sparkling clean!

We recently bought an office condo in the Falls and the windows were horrible. Even the new glass office panels were so bad with the circles from the installers and we were unable to get them cleaned ourselves. Fish came in yesterday and made everything disappear... the glass is so clear we may walk right into it now. The guys were nice and fast. Thanks.

We've used Fish Window Cleaning for a number of years. Their staff has always been polite and friendly, in addition to doing a fantastic job. I've always been satisfied with the personal contact at the main office.

FISH window cleaners have always done such a great job for the business I manage! We previously had worked out a schedule for them to stop by bi-weekly during more weathered seasons, and less often during the summer. They've been so easy to work with, and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone in the area! Worth using them!

Started out good with scheduling the appointment, but Fish Window Cleaning canceled appointment the day they were scheduled to clean windows. I left several messages and emails to reschedule and never heard back. This is the second time I have had this occur with Fish Window Cleaning. I have found an alternative window cleaning company that does fantastic work and has great customer service. Prices are better too! Thank you Fish Window Cleaning for not showing up. I found a way better company!

This is our second time using Fish Window Cleaning. We were very happy with our windows. The communication with setting up the appointment was prompt. They arrived on time and got right to business. They cleaned up after them selves and our windows are sparkly clean! We will definitely have them return.

They came at the time they said, they finished quickly and did an excellent job. They were friendly and polite, and the cost was not excessive. Fantastic job!! I will call them again next time.

We've used Fish Window Cleaning for about 9 months. Neil, the franchise owner, was prompt in providing the quote and beginning their service. We've been pleased ever since. The way you're sold is the way you're serviced. Overall, a very good experience. We highly recommended them!

Jack and Mathew did a very decent job of window washing. A couple glitches came up during the job, and they handled them. (We are new clients.). Fish Window Cleaning exceeded my expectations and I will hire them again.

We just started service with Fish Window Cleaning after years of sub par service with another company and I will say Fish knocked it out of the PARK. They were prompt and did an amazing job on the office, highly recommended!!!

Matthew was excellent. His work is great and he was polite with our customers as if they were his. While providing service he opened the doors for guests and was great. Give him a raise!!

This was our first time using professional window cleaners. Jack and Matt arrived a bit earlier than the committed start time. They did a really excellent job of cleaning our windows and screens. They did ‘4 sides’ – inside and outside of both the windows and the storms. They got a few surprises from a couple of quirks in our mid-century modern home, but they took them in stride and blazed through the job. We were especially pleased with outcome of the skylights. Our most telling feedback is this: When it’s time to do the windows again, we’ll call Fish.

I wish I was completely satisfied! The glass that was cleaned did sparkle. But the glass that was skipped was dirty. The window wells were clean in the middle, with the dirt being pushed off to the sides. The inside garage window must have been cleaned as the garbage cans were moved, but the spider webs and egg sacks were left behind. The claim was made that the screens were cleaned, yet when my husband recleaned them, he noted that the frames were dirty.

When I called to complain and they checked with the work crew, the responses I received were that the crew claimed that they had completed all areas I said weren’t done. So it felt to me like my concerns were being ignored. They offered to send someone out the next day to inspect, but we had already finished what wasn’t done. Attached photos are the garage window…that was cleaned ?!

Edited due to the response from the owner. As I said, when I expressed my concerns I was told that she didn’t know who to believe, me or the crew. Really? What did I have to gain? Your offer was to come out the next day. When I told you that we would only be available in the afternoon, you said that you couldn’t promise that. 🤦🏽‍♀️

Cleaned the grout and tile, and re-caulked the seams for our tub/shower surround. Great job!

They cleaned, polished our vinyl floors in the kitchen and bathroom. The floors came out great

The workers were great (Ali and Luke), the carpet looks wonderful and my tile floors are fabulous.

BlueGreen did an awesome job. I think this was the third time utilizing them. They’re done a great job every time.
