Terry could not have been a nicer and more professional individual to work with. He was polite and prompt and asked numerous times if I had any questions about the French drain and rain garden project. He is a hard worker and excellent communicator.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with the snow removal/shoveling service that we have received. We're elderly and need this kind of support, and WayBetter has been extremely conscientious and diligent. It has taken a great load off our mind. For what we get, the price is fully justified for us.

Ken is a liar and a very poor business owner. Despite several attempts to have him send an actual invoice to my address, he refused to do so. He would not provide an invoice showing dates of service. He would not mail me any kind of invoice. He just threatens to "show up at my house" to collect money he claims I owe him.

I specifically told him to not come anywhere near my house. To please mail me an invoice and I will gladly pay it. He refused to provide such an invoice and he said he will be waiting for me at my house for me to get there wether I like it or not. He is a thug. Nothing less.

This is all on top of the terrible service provided. They scalped my grass, said the cut it when they actually didn't and dumped grass clippings directly into my garbage can, which I then got notified by the city of.

Kens 4 Season took down 15 ash trees with stump grinding topsoil seeded and strayed
Thw crews were amazing did very great job we will have them back next year to big landscape project

Don't waste your time with this company . I used them for snowplowing at my business for 2 years . The first year was average at best with a couple of no shows on their part and snow piled where it wasn't supposed to be ( by contract ) . The second year they plowed the first snowfall , but they were a no-show for the rest of the season. The agreement was they would have the lot plowed before the business was supposed to open , but that never happened . I ended up plowing my own lot in order to open the business on time . Ken is full of excuses as to why they weren't there , and he cashed all of the checks ( prepay starting in November with late winter this year ), and in the end was not even returning my phone call .
