American Landscape handled our complete landscaping project – grading, design, planting and bedwork, sod installation and stone retaining wall installation around patio. Alex was very helpful in working with us to finalize a landscape design. He met with us several times on-site and also off-site for stone selection. He was easy to work with and prompt with his follow-up to our questions and changes. Jose and the construction crew were very professional in their work, and they did a great job. We were very happy with end result of the project and would recommend American Landscape to other customers.

Ryan was great to work with in helping us plan our patios, retaining walls, stacked stone wall, and all of our new trees and plants. We built a new house in the greater Milwaukee area, remotely while living in another state. We worked with Kip from American over the phone to come up with a design that worked for our family.

Kip was extremely easy to work with, listened well and took our must haves to come up with our perfect landscape.

Kip and the landscape team were very thoughtful, showed up when they said they would be there and always left the worksite in great condition.

The price was definitely on the higher end, but worth it for the final product. You definitely get what you pay for! We have a beautiful paver patio, outdoor kitchen and a back yard for our children to play in.

Almost a year ago, I purchased a house that had it’s landscaping severely neglected for a very long time. I knew the scope and scale of the project was greater than I would be able to complete by myself, so I reached out to American Landscape and Gary Gray met with me. We discussed my vision for the property and Gary advised me of what should be done and collaborated with his colleagues on the best way to install a new landscape across the entire property. Over the course of a week, the three man crew that came out transformed the property. A completely new seeded lawn was done, multiple neglected beds and parts of the yard were dug up and replaced and the flower bed around the front and side of the house was completely revamped. The landscaping is a 1000% improvement and makes time spent outside so much nicer.

Extremely Professional, Great crews for summer and winter, and they respond right away to any/ all emergency requests, and they actually the phone when you call them.
The service manager communicates / responds right away to our requests and questions.
The service is outstanding, because we run multiple facilities 24/6 with contractors in on Sundays all day.

American Landscape has been our go to for over 10 years. This spring we had a major landscape overhaul and they did an amazing job. They delivered on our high expectations with a specific plan and a project team that was competent, hard work working and good people to have on site. Kip, our landscape designer was a joy to work with and is very knowledgeable about plants and has a eye for design. He was on site everyday to make sure everything went smooth. The team of Jesus, Martin, & Louis (these guys make American look good) worked long days for 2 weeks. They took safety seriously, very competent, hard working and cleaned up daily. The communication was also excellent. I highly recommend this company on any landscaping work.

I never write reviews, but I thought I would now. Gary has been our go to person for all our needs for our Condo Association. Anytime I call he usually answers if he’s in a meeting he gets back to me asap! We have used this company for 4 years now. They have done grass, tree removal of 32 trees. Planted bushes and added rocks to make it look so nice. Gary has given many quotes for different projects that we wanted to do. His expertise in trees and bushes is great! We were going to have tons of bushes removed because we thought they were dying. Gary said let us cut them down to 1/2 of what they anre, And next year they’ll come back full again. They look absolutely fantastic! So Thank you Gary for all you do!

We love the final product! The tree removal crew did a phenomenal job and left the place well cleaned up. Joel and his crew did an amazing job on the landscaping. It looks so much better than what I was envisioning it would look like. Jay W was the project manager and was very attentive to our desires and was present twice a day while the work was being performed. Our neighbors are also very pleased with how the project was completed.

Our family is so impressed with the work done by American Landscape. We carefully researched multiple landscape companies within the area before deciding to go with them. Within days of contacting them for general information about our project, Alex come out to our house to survey the area. He talked to us about what we were wanting, took some quick measurements and told us he’d be back to us soon with an update. We had a model and quote emailed to us that same day. Alex was open to our ideas and any initial changes that we wanted to make. After putting down a small deposit, we were scheduled on the calendar. The crew that worked on our retaining wall and patio were absolutely amazing. They made sure everything was level and laid out perfectly. Alex came out throughout the project to ensure that we were happy with the progress and answered any questions we had. We also made some major tweaks mid project that caused the project to triple in size to what we planned while the crew was working on our original plan. Alex turned around a plan and a quote to those major tweaks within a day and the crew was able to pivot to what we wanted without hesitation. We couldn’t be more happy with the way our project turned out and will be contacting them to do future work on our yard. We’d definitely recommend American Landscape to anyone looking for a great company to work with.

We needed our yard “tweaked“ with some landscaping and never had professionals help us before. From our first meeting with Gary we felt his friendliness, knowledge and professionalism, throughout everything from the proposals to the actual project being worked on. He's was always there for us getting back to us about any questions or concerns we had.

Also, the crew that did our project - Jimmy, Joe, and Jesus were about the best workers you could have at your home. They do the job exactly how you would want it, and better than you could do it yourself. They are also friendly and professional and good at what they do.

We understand Gary is retiring this year. We will be losing an excellent contractor and person and he will be missed! And... very hard to replace.

If we need any type of yard work in the future we will definitely be contacting American. Keep up the good work!

We used American to design and install landscaping for our new construction house. I wasn’t in love with our lot when we purchased it, worried about the grading and whether we’d be able to have enough space for everything I wanted. The design Bart, and his team, came up with fit not only our aesthetic and budget, but also made such smart use of the space. The sloping of our yard that I once disliked is now my favorite part.. now with a beautiful curved pathway going down to a gorgeous fire pit. We love hosting outside now!
