We had an overgrown garden area that needed to be removed, leveled and seeded. Brad knew exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond. The result was spot on, price was great and the whole crew did a great job. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I’ve known JL Property Services for several years as a lawn maintenance company doing an excellent job. This year we built a new home and needed landscaping. We contacted JL Property Services along with 5 other companies to obtain quotes and suggestions on completing the landscaping. JL Property Services was by far the most professional in their manner and approach. They promptly prepared plans that included detailed drawings and outline of materials and costs. They made great suggestions on design that complimented our home and the property. They are an experienced and professional company employing a staff of competent and polite people anxious to answer questions and provide care instructions of plants and plantings. Our primary contact with Jake Lutzow was always highly friendly and professional. Jake is an onsite manager of the project. I highly recommend this company. As mentioned, I’ve known the company for several years and all of the employees that I’ve met from lawn cutting people to sod layers to landscaping designers such as Bill, are nice people very concerned about the quality of the work performed. They are timely. They are professional. After the work was completed they return to check on the job they completed. Additionally, they telephone days later to check on customer satisfaction and to answer questions and provide any additional guidance. Many thanks to Jake and Bill and the entire JL Property team. We are happy customers.

A few years ago we had concrete curbing installed by JL Property Services and called them back to do more concrete curbing as well as install a few arborvitaes and pull out a couple shrubs. Brad was solution-focused and very patient with us as we vetted out our options and ultimately decided on a plan with his help. Brad & crew came on time, communicated well, completed the job with high quality, and cleaned up as if no one had been there. Price aligned with my expectations for the job. They even spread some leftover mulch we had over where we pulled out a large shrub! I can't say enough about this crew and how they've delivered twice now for us. They are the first crew I'll call for any future landscaping needs.

As I've previously been so very satisfied with Brad's company, I've had him back for the 2nd time now, for additional work. Happy to say that the product, workmanship, price points and service was outstanding. I would not hesitate to highly recommend JL Property Services.

Brad and his team were worth every penny. Despite some irregular weather and challenges presented by the rough grading that they had to start with (done prior to their work), JL Property Services provided us with quality trees for our property, an amazing final grading, excellent topsoil and mulch, and grass that was sprouting within 5 days! I plan on using them for all of my landscaping needs in the future!!

My wife and I had some landscaping done by Brad and his team and they did an amazing job. They were professional, friendly, hard working and very competitive on the pricing.

We had our concrete borders done a few weeks ago and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Brad and Jake were very professional and were able to answer all our questions. They did a great job on cleaning up our landscaping. They removed some bushes, replaced the weed barrier, new edging and filled the beds with new rocks. The work was done fast and looks great!

Brad and his team did an amazing job with my yard. I had recently purchased this house, and much of the landscaping in the backyard was overgrown and I just needed it removed. I also had two large trees in the front yard that had killed most of the grass. Once those were removed, my front yard was a mess. They came in and cleaned everything up, and then put down sod so I could have an instant front yard. They did it all in one day! From the initial estimate, to the communication before they started, and even while they were working, everything was well communicated and they made sure I got what I wanted. I will definitely go back to them if I have any other landscaping needs!

Brad and the team at JL Property Services did an amazing job on our new patio and landscaping. We met in person a number of times before the project began to discuss ideas and share thoughts. After over 15 years with the same independent lawn service, we could tell their customer service and lawn service was going down hill. We had lots of problem areas with our lawn, and after calling them over a couple years with our concerns, we decided to change providers after not getting the results we wanted. After three years with JL Property Services, we couldn't be happier! Our lawn looks awesome again, and they are extremely responsive to any questions we may have. And their employees really care about doing a thorough job, moving pet toys, chairs and other miscellaneous items off our lawn if they happen to come when we weren't expecting. Highly recommended!!!

Hired Great Lakes for some grading and seeding project after having a new patio slab poured. At times it was hard to get in contact with the office (my husband never seem to be able to get through, but I had no problems).

The work crew, Nacho, Sam and Ephrain(sp?), were quick and efficient. Nacho helped me determine the best approach to trouble shoot our entry point and the area along the fence.

Had a large area graded and re-seeded for grass and several berms removed. Front office was very responsive and very open with timing of job. Paul was a great project manager and very open with me on the job and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. This was only step one and needless to say I will definitely be coming back and will recommend Great Lakes highly to others that need landscaping done. Can't say Thank you enough!

Loved working with Monika to pare back the existing landscaping in my front yard and add/rearrange plants for a tidier look. Very happy with how quickly the work was scheduled and completed. Paul & Paul did a great job executing the vision. This was my second time working with Great Lakes Landscape, and it won’t be the last — highly recommend!

We decided to turn over our landscaping maintenance this year to Great Lakes Landscaping to free up more time for us this summer to enjoy friends and family. We hired Great Lakes Landscape this spring to clean up and recharge our stand-up vegetable garden and to clean up some plant and tree beds that needed professional help. Great Lakes sent a crew of three young men, Jeorge, Efrain and Elvis. When they arrived, they checked in with us. We discussed the work to be done and they set to it. The beds they worked on are now free from all the unwanted growth and they treated them with a pre-emergent to prevent any additional new seeds from getting started. They look so much better than before.

The stand-up garden looks great. They removed the agreed upon amount of the spent and weed ridden soil and replaced it with a mixture of garden soil and compost. Last year we were only able to use half of that garden. We are looking forward to planting the whole thing this year and having a bountiful harvest this fall.

The young men they sent worked diligently, asked questions when they needed input and could not have been more polite. They worked hard and effectively. We couldn't be happier with the results of their efforts.
