The Mulch guys do an excellent top notch job! Mike and his crew turned our gross looking overgrown areas back into clean professional looking areas. They created a nicely distinguished cut between the lawn and the mulch and really brought the appeal back to what was unappealing. They are very reasonably priced, got us scheduled quickly. Pleased again with the work of Mulch Guys. They have done work for me in the Spring with mulch and landscaping and did a phenomenal job. We decided to bring them back for our Fall clean up and once again they did a great job. Very professional and they do great work.

Fabulous services, great pricing and quality service. I contacted 5 companies for a quote for mulch and installation. Brett quickly responded, came out promptly and provided a quote within a few days of inquiring. Unfortunately, with the workforce today, not one of the other companies I contacted ever responded. And truthfully, after the service we received from The Mulch Guys I am glad they didn't respond because my service here was exceptional. I had questions for Brett from the Mulch Guys and he was so responsive and timely with answers. When the work was complete it was BEYOND my expectations- just beautiful!!!! . I would highly recommend this company not only for the quality of services but for the customer care that was also provided prior to and after service.

Unprofessional to the core. Scheduled for landscape maintenance and the day of when I message as to when they are coming, I was told I got rescheduled for another day a week after. There was no heads up, nothing! Rescheduled day I call - am told I am last on the list because of the size of my property, which is apparently very small for them. Again, no one comes and no heads up - like we could not come because we are still completing other jobs. Next day I message and request if I can be the first on the list - then this guy Brett tells me that they don't work like that, and he wants to cancel my schedule because he only wants to work with customers who are nice to him! I was so surprised and shocked at the same time. These guys are not even in the BBB list, for me to lodge a formal complaint with all the email communications. What kind of business are these guys running - where they treat a customer by lot sizes and talk like this? And they do charge a fortune, and because they can't make enough profit on my property they cut me out..! I have already alerted a few of my neighbors and will make everything possible to give a bad name to this business. I wanted to write this review because they do not deserve to be doing business if they cannot respect the community they serve.
