John, the owner, was great to work with, as was his entire crew. They did a full redesign of our landscaping and hardscaping. Dug up inches of old rock, laid new quality dirt, graded everying and planted and hardscaped with lannon stone. Even came back to assess plants that didn't make it through the harsh winter and replanted new ones. Excellent service. Quality people. And beautiful work. Highly recommend these guys.

We really appreciated John and the team working with us to layout a landscape plan and bringing that vision to reality with a great price and a reasonable timeline despite uncontrollable factors such as weather. They were open & honest and gave us recommendations based on the best performance versus best sales price. They do business in a way that is a partnership and gives the best value over time versus the short term view. Currently that is worth a lot along with great execution. We will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to neighbors and friends. We have been very happy with our installation and the team worked exceptionally hard to get the project done!

David and the entire crew at Palladium Patios and Landscaping were excellent to work with. They managed my expectations with clear and timely contacts and communications. I love my sidewalks they laid last year, and this year they knocked it out of the park with a beautiful brick patio. They did inlay design around the edging to coordinate with the adjoining sidewalk between my house and garage, as well as thorough cleanup and finish work. We got two concrete walkways removed and replaced with bluestone walkways. Palladium also installed a new front patio for us and resurfaced a front concrete step.

Highlights were: communication, quality of materials, pace of install, quality of install, worksmanship, professionalism, ability to address and fix problems we had, beauty of final product.

What could improve is: landscape design imagery and presale process.

What I can’t speak to yet: how the Hardscaping holds up during freeze thaws.

Responsive and caring management team who genuinely will listen to your concerns. Great labor team who work together and bring good energy to the work days. Great operations manager who regularly comes in clutch with snacks,drinks, and great prior planning all at a young age. Almost always communicating what comes next, and listens to our concerns for new tools or better ways to do stuff. They also have great standards, especially when it comes to building patios and hardscaping(In terms of code and picking the highest quality and long lasting results) Competitive pricing. All done while being a smaller company.

We couldn't be happier with our new outdoor living space by Palladium Patios and Landscaping. From the planning stage to the execution phase, The Team at Palladium Patios provided outstanding support. As you can imagine all landscaping and patio companies are booked solid- Palladium not only had capacity they ensured our project was on time! Our project manager, Daniel was superb. He was always on top of the schedule and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with each stage of the project. Daniel was always responsive and made sure any issue was rectified quickly. Further, when asked for changes he communicated with ideas or solutions to ensure our space was beautiful. Finally, every member of the staff was pleasant to have around our home for the duration of the project. We are very pleased with our pavers, gas fire pit and rock landscaping and I highly recommend Palladium Patios.

I had Palladium come out and regrade a section in front of my yard due to some water leaking into my basement. Their employee Seth that came out was very polite and professional, offering explanations and advice for what he was doing. There was some misunderstanding afterwards about the scope of the job and invoicing, but after a conversation with the owner we got it resolved. He was extremely professional and understanding of the situation. Definitely recommend.

Our experience with Palladium was excellent from start to finish. We had a project that included removal of an old gazebo which was to be replaced by a patio with a sitting wall. Their sales team helped us select a beautiful brick design and their installers worked (and worked hard) to make our selections become the patio we were hoping for and more. Palladium is a pleasure to work with!

I had Paladium remove the stone and landscape fabric from around all of my bushes and flower beds and remove some barberry bushes. They added soil and mulch. Sean and Addison were very professional and friendly. I love the way it looks. I only wish it would have been possible to remove all the stone. I am still having to dig out stone when planting.

Sam and Kevin worked tirelessly on re finishing our backyard deck. They showed up early, worked late and even battled the snow and the cold.

The quality of the deck is outstanding. There were a few nooks and crannies with the layout of our deck. They put a ton of time in making sure everything was perfect.

We appreciate the hard work Sam & Kevin put into our backyard deck. I can’t wait to use it in the summer!

We are very satisfied with the work done by Palladium. They were very helpful in coming up with a design plan for us, did a great job communicating throughout the whole process, and were actually able to finish the project significantly ahead of schedule.
