I live in MI but was searching online for a specific looking stone for a retaining wall we’d like installed. I found it here so I contacted Pallidium Patios to find out the name of the stone and supplier - to see if we might be able to source it for our home in MI. Cathryn was quick to search for answers and responded with all the information requested after we sent a picture of the exact stone from their website. We were super impressed! She went above and beyond for sure. She didn’t have to do this act of kindness. We need more of this in our world today. Thanks Cathryn! Pallidium Patios won’t benefit from us purchasing this stone in the future, but I hope this good deed brings lots of good karma to their business!

Very impressed with the work! Sam was extremely detailed with building the front porch. Palladium staff are very professional. Seth took time to answer all my questions. I appreciated the level of service with the plans and detail from Josh and Tim. Absolutely happy I chose Palladium for the porch rebuild and new patio!

I just can’t say enough good things about our experience with Palladium. I hired them based off of reviews and every compliment paid them is accurate! We are new homeowners and this was our first big project for our house, and Tim was the warmest, most communicative and helpful person. They have beautiful materials (if you want the perfect rustic look, the Brussels block is the way to go) and they got us on the schedule within 2 weeks. They had the entire project done in 3 working days!! We had a rain delay and Tim contacted me same-day about any delays, changes and updates. And the final product is absolutely stunning— they cleaned up the site so that our yard was perfectly level around the patio and installed grass seed anywhere there were tire tracks. But the biggest reason I’d recommend them, besides their gorgeous work, is the attention to detail: I planted a patch of native wildflowers near the build site last year, and I asked if there was any way to save it (even though ideally all land around the site should be cleared.) They went above and beyond to preserve it, driving extra distance around it, left extra soil next to it for it grow into, and re-placed our stepping stone walking path. I am so touched by the effort and care the whole team put into this project. Thank you Palladium!!

My husband and I wanted to get a pergola built in our back yard and our son gave us Tim's name. My son and his wife have a great patio and pergola that was recently built by Palladium. They were very pleased with the outcome. I called Tim for a quote and right from the start, the customer service was top-notch. They were able to start ahead of schedule and the job was done in less than a week. Sam, a very skilled and talented carpenter put in long days. His hard work and attention to detail was impressive. This was my first time working with Palladium, and I would absolutely work with them again. They re-did the retaining wall at our condo, and it turned out beautiful! Throughout the entire process, their team was professional, polite, and very considerate of our neighborhood.

Like with any major project, a few hiccups came up — nothing on their end, just some unexpected issues that weren’t up to code and couldn’t have been foreseen. Palladium installed a large tile patio for us with a boundary wall. The experience was excellent from start to finish. The crew did a fantastic installation job, and did an excellent job of cleaning up the jobsite after. The materials used for the deck look wonderful. We found Palladium online and reached out to them based on reviews. Tim was very responsive and promptly assisted with the design of our patio paver and fire place project. As promised, Tim and his team started the project on time and even completed the project ahead of schedule. The quality and finished product exceeded expectations.

Tim, our sales contact, was great from the first conversation through the final payment. The crew at the house was very friendly, explained what was going on and followed up with updates throughout the project. We had a retaining wall replaced, which isn't an exciting home project, but needs to get done professionally to last. Palladium has done an amazing job! We knew it was going to be an expensive project but feel really good that we spent the money with Pallaium.

It’s difficult to truly capture how good of job Palladium did. The 4 unfinished pictures were what Palladium walked into *(and where their work began) as previous contractor failed to show up for 9 months to complete the job. We had lived with dirt, gravel and absolute chaos for two summers. They re-leveled base stone, placed new patio pavers, added caps/lights, and did a nice stone step transition between kitchen exit/patio . Palladium guys came in, interpreted what needed to be done and finished the job in fantastic fashion. They were punctual, creative and paid excellent attention to detail! Tim was very good with communicating and keeping us abreast of what was happening. The crew was friendly and passionate about their job. Highly recommend!
