The company came for a consultation with the person saying they would send a quote along. Twenty-nine hours later I have to ask for my quote. I get a response saying they will not clean my home with no reason or explanation. I could not believe they would do that to a prospective customer. Very dissapointed.

This is less about their cleaning service and more about their billing practices. However, several key items were missed as I will detail below.

The Setup - While selling our home we were referred to Skyline for pre-listing cleaning services. They kindly offered to stop by to estimate the work. Upon arrival, we agreed on the tasks to complete and a rate based on the number of hours to do the work (10).

The Scene - On cleaning day the crew arrives and performs a decent job. Three individuals worked for about two and a half hours and then left (7.5 hours total). Missing several key items we had agreed upon as work to be completed.

The Aftermath - The next day I was invoiced for the entire amount originally quoted. When I expressed dismay at this development due to the oversight of the missed items, I was contacted by the owner to apologize and “explain” that the billed amount was “just about right” as in addition to the 7.88 hours they cleaned, they charged me an hour for the time to complete the estimate and another hour and a half travel time the crew took to arrive at my home (30 minutes away). These additional 2.5 hours of “admin” fees were NEVER discussed, disclosed, or even implied prior to their attempt to justify the charge. The 10% discount they offered to “make up for it” was a slap in the face. I am extremely disappointed we chose Skyline for our cleaning and would recommend literally anyone else.

I've been working with Skyline for over a year now, they are professional, efficient and extremely responsive. Everything is always cleaned to high standards, and they proactively share any found issues. They have been wonderful to work with.

We had skyline softwash our home. I didn't know how dirty my home was. From the first consultation to the finished product, Skyline hit it out of the park. We will use them again in the future.

Jose and crew came out to clean the carpets at our new home. Previous owner had dogs and the carpets had definitely been neglected for a few years. They now look/feel almost brand new. We couldn't have been happier with the carpets we had cleaned by Skyline Services. We've hired other cleaning companies to do the same cleaning job, but Skyline has done the best job by far. From their attention to detail in protecting our woodwork, to making sure that they weren't tracking in dirt or disturbing our neighbors, they delivered more than what they had promised. Just had our first cleaning and it was fantastic! We have had other cleaners in the past and I always had to give a ton of feedback after the first visit- but nothing for Skyline! So far so good!
