My wife and I were very pleased with the excellent carpet cleaning job Markus provided. He went beyond my expectations by lifting and moving various pieces of furniture in order to clean underneath them. I highly recommend his services.

On two separate occasions I’ve hired Puresteam to clean carpet stains in the kid’s bedroom. Both times, the staff got me scheduled quickly, and completed the job in a highly professional manner. On one occasion, part of the stain returned and the Markus had to re-do a section of carpet. He made every effort to get me scheduled within 24 hours, returned to my home and quickly removed the remaining stain. Regarding pricing, Puresteam is a bit more expensive compared to other carpet cleaning services that I’ve hired, but you get what you pay for. - Plumer

Tony and his son Markus and their company Puresteam are all we use for our carpet cleaning. Since 2009 we have used them several times for both our carpets and furniture. This week we had another excellent visit. Both guys were here. What a team! Steam cleaning is the way to go and Tony and Markus are real pros. Our carpets look new. They communicate well by text and email and are friendly and considerate while at the home. We highly recommend!

Puresteam has come several times and has removed all of the stains when my dog 💩 inside. Each time pure steam has removed all of the stains and dirt in my white rug from a long summers and winters of tracking dirt, mud, and snow. Also Marcus has always honored the price of his puresteam coupons, which is a great deal. Each time I save $30.

Puresteam did a great job cleaning the carpets in my rental unit. Joseph was punctual and professional. He removed several stains that I was skeptical whether or not could be cleaned and the price was very reasonable!

My tentants can call and schedule the cleaning based on their schedule needs. Puresteam has been able to come out quickly, they do a good job, and they send me the bill that I can easily pay on-line. My carpet looks cleaner than it did 10 years ago. We have a dog and grandchildren and I had neglected getting the carpet cleaned. The cleaner came in the promised window of time. And he was great. He worked the entire time. He never took a break. Another cleaner told me one area wouldn't come clean. Puresteam got that area clean. I'm so pleased. Highly recommend.

Markus, was very professional and timely. We had concerns after our dog had urinated on our new carpet. Their process removed the stains and nearly all the odor is undetected. We'll definitely call them in the future.

Markus Tobias, owner, came to clean my entire house full of carpets. He arrived on time, he was fast and did a very thorough job. He was professional. And the price was very reasonable. I mentioned their online add in my request and I used all the relevant coupons. Everything is so clean!

If respect for the rights of people with disabilities matters to you, don't hire this company. They trample on parking stalls reserved for people who legitimately need them, as evidenced in these photographs, on a recurring basis, and in spite of being asked not to, in person, and over the phone.
