Outstanding service! Called the evening before and Markus was able to be here by 7am the next morning. He was very prompt and completed the work in very short order. I’ve used Purestream before and was extremely happy with the results. The staff were pleasant, courteous, and easy to talk to with. I explained the problem and setup an appointment for the same day. Markus arrived at the time that was stated. He explained the cleaning process and got started. The area that was cleaned smells great, now. I will use Purestream again whenever necessary.

Markus and Puresteam always do a great job with their work. I had candle wax that I wasn't able to get off my carpet and they were able to get it off completely with no remnants of it left. Highly recommend and I have used them several times over the years!
