Absolutely amazing work and a great value. Very quick and flexible scheduling as well. I've used them repeatedly, and have no intention of stopping. You also know you'll get the same experienced technicians every time (possibly even the owner), not someone they just hired.

Edit: updating review again in 2022, used them again, still great communication and awesome work made the carpet look like new.
