We bought a property in the country that hadn't been maintained and needed a lot of work inside and out. Scott helped us get the property under control from taking down several massive, rotten trees near the house to cutting back overgrowth, to mowing the lawn. Scott was always available to talk, and helped us understand the different species of trees and shrubs living on the property and how to manage them. We are so grateful for Scott and his team!

Scott Harrington gets my absolute highest recommendation. His response to my texts and emails was incredibly fast. He and his team completed my tree trimming before the other companies I contacted even came to do an estimate. Scott is a knowledgeable arborist -- his work was excellent and the cleanup was thorough. His services were priced fairly. Scott is a consummate professional -- he listens carefully, explains, and discusses options. I am already planning to hire him for two more projects. Finally, Scott is a soft-spoken delightful person and I look forward to working with him again.

I have hired Scott Harrington twice to solve two major landscaping problems. Both times he jumped in with creativity and excellent solutions. He is super professional, tidy and reliable. I think his prices were more than fair for the work done. I just love what he accomplished which included some complex water issues solved very attractively. I highly recommend him.

Scott is very knowledgeable when it comes to tree health/management and landscape design. Not only is he good at what he does, but he’s also very honest and dependable. His great communication skills makes him very easy to work with!

My mother's house needed some long-overdue tree trimming and shrub work. I live out of state. I got Scott's name from SAIL. He went out the day I called, gave me an estimate, and did the work the following week. He also noted a dead tree impinging on the house power line and did all the legwork with MG&E for a line drop. Neighbors confirmed a good job all the way around. Very pleased!

Great experience using Scott and his company. Was very responsive to my initial contact with him and was in constant contact about the completion of the job which was done within a few weeks. Highly recommend Scott and Harrington Landscape and Tree Service for any needed work.

Was really impressed by Scott explaining his decisions based off the tree structure. I learned a great deal during the consultation. Work was done in a very timely manner and the yard was left tidy. Appreciated the option of keeping the mulch and cut wood for future use.

I’ve had Scott remove a couple trees from our yard as well as some dead limbs. In both instances, he did the work promptly and with great care and expertise. I really appreciated that he has a network of people wanting firewood who quickly picked up all the wood set carefully on the boulevard.

1st Class! Had them clean my gutters & it's all in the details with them. They took the flags down off the front of my house to avoid damaging them, put them back up after they finished, cleaned everything up & even blew off the front walk while they had their blower out! Very reasonable price & exceptional service.

We recently switched to Tiplok for our snow removal services from a previous contractor and could not be happier. The difference in responsiveness, attention to detail and timeliness was night and day. I work early in the hospital so not having to worry about snow for our long and inclined driveway was huge.

Gary was very good worker who explained pre-install, installation and post install information. Very pleasant with good photos of what he had done. Just in time for Spring storms, wind and tree seedlings to keep our downspouts clog free and most important, worry free.

My experience started with a friendly person at Lowe’s who stopped me to talk about gutter guards. I gave them my information after they told me that a sales guy would come by and give me a quote that would be good for a year. My sales guy came by and was great but their sales pitch was very much built on FOMO and a false sense of urgency. That 1-year price was so absurdly inflated it was basically “screw you” pricing designed for the sole purpose of giving me a heavy discount down to a still-high price due to some special they were “miraculously” running just for my zip code that day…so long as I got the job installed within 10 days.

I was impressed by the product so I went forward with the deal. They didn’t require any payment until the project was done, anyway.

They scheduled me for a Friday. Then when the day came, they called to reschedule due to weather.

It was sunny.

The next scheduled date came. They called to reschedule saying that their crew wasn’t available that day and rescheduled me for the next week.

On that day, they no call/no showed on me.

I called the office and got a gatekeeper who didn’t know anything but sent a message to the office assuring me someone would call.

They didn’t. I called again. Gatekeeper again. Assurances again. No call again.

I finally tracked down my sales guy who got his boss to call me. We spoke for a while, told me they were having staffing issues. At least he told me the truth.

We scheduled for that Friday.

Another no call/no show.

Finally, the next week, they installed my project. The crew wasn’t great and the product is great, so I can’t give them 1 star.

But basically, no communication or answers until I became a relentless heartless jerk. No way to contact them. Everything is set up to serve themselves, but not their customer.

Maybe they were just having temporary issues. I hope so for the sake of my neighbors but regardless, their internal processes made it impossible to get an answer if they didn’t want to talk to me.

Absolutely maddening.

The sales tactics were pretty straightforward. I never felt pressured. The product works great so far. I had a full install including new gutters and downspouts. The water displacement is phenomenal with no leaks, clogs, or overfilling. It's still early spring, so while there's rain, the leaf filtration has yet to prove itself. I may update this review in the fall or winter. The only reason my reading dropped is due to the cleanup. None of the old brackets, nails, or screws were picked up and there was scrap left in the street. Since that's my only issue thus far, my review will stay at 4/5. All told, with my earlier observations, I would feel comfortable recommending this product to others.

Had very outdated and failing gutters, which caused siding and deck damage. Cost of the product was very reasonable and Christopher Hammersley helped immensely. Product, installation and support were stellar, and we are so pleased, with this choice! Jeff

My gutters are now installed and wow. Better looking than i imagined. The crew worked so hard all day plus so polite a true delight and they are beautiful down to the copper screws. And I cannot compliment James…beloved James ( sales ) enough. So knowledgeable then Generous above and beyond when I started to get nervous about the expense. Now only time will tell but the first rain was a success. I recommend James and leaf filter to anyone looking.

Worked with Chris Hamersly and he was fantastic! Came out and serviced the house within a week and don’t have to deal with leaves in my gutters again! Fair price and efficient! Great quality!

From the consultation visit to the end of the job, everything was explained about the company and how it works. The history of the company was very interesting. The work was done quick and fast, plus everything was picked up from the yard without me asking. I am very happy with the people who helped us and so far I have had no problems.
