My husband and I bought a home in which both bathrooms had one switch that operated the ventilation fan and the lights. We wanted separate switches for both so we contacted KWK Electric. We were initially worried that no matter who we went with, this type of job would incur some drywall damage in order to access the wiring for the fans, but KWK was so meticulous and thorough that both bathrooms were completed without having to destroy any drywall. Their prices are very competitive and fair, and we are extremely happy it no longer feels like we are entering a wind tunnel every time we use either bathroom. We would definitely hire/recommend them again for any future electrical work!

Jeff came to give us an estimate to install a Tesla wall charger. He didn't give us the cheapest price, but he was the only electrician to include the city permit fee. That combined with his demeanor made us choose KWK in the end. Jim and Ian came out to install the charger, and they were incredibly friendly, courteous, and communicative. It was a relatively simple job, but they still took the time to explain everything they were doing and didn't hesitate to solicit my feedback at each step in the process. I will certainly be calling them again if I need more electrical work, and I suggest you do too!!

I had to get work done through an insurance company and KWK was very professional and was very quick. He came in and introduced himself and spend a very good amount of time going through my electric throughout my home. He made sure to cover everything and put everything back as well. I felt very comfortable and safe in my house knowing he made sure to check everything before coming to a conclusion. I would pay to have him come back again just for the fact he was thorough and also explained everything to me. Would HIGHLY recommend!

KWK is fantastic. I bought a house with a detached garage which had shoddy electrical work. There were switches and wiring but none of it worked and none of it was to code... I called KWK for an estimate and they had somebody here within a couple of days to review the situation and they quickly provided a thorough proposal. Their estimate was a little higher than another quote I had received but I just sensed they were more thorough and would be better to work with given their timely responses during the proposal phase. The work involved digging a trench from the garage to the house, running new conduit to the garage, putting in multiple outlets and switches and installing an outdoor sensor light... The work was completed in 2 days and the electrician they assigned to the job was fantastic. He was a hard worker and very pleasant/polite. And the work itself was very high quality. All the switches and outlets were placed in the right spots within the garage and everything looked great. And he did a great job of cleaning up after himself - you would hardly have known he was here - except that my garage now has power! I would recommend KWK to anybody looking for quality electrical work.

Jim worked in my home today. I had no issues with KWK Electric from my initial request for an estimate to completion of the job. Jim kept me informed and provided a thorough review of the work once completed. I had multiple bids and found KWK to be the best value and great customer service. I will definitely reach back out to KWK when it comes time do to more electrical updates.

I've been busy with the holidays so I couldn't write this sooner. Last month, November, Jim returned to do more work in my home. This time, he upgraded electrical outlets throughout my home and installed security lights on the exterior. My home was built in the 1920s, so you can only imagine how much electrical upgrades I needed. I'm thankful for his services. I think I'm done with my electrical updates for now, but I'm glad I know a business I can trust for my electrical needs. I highly recommend KWK Electric Inc.

this place did a good job restoring power to a nightmare situation last year. the landlord neglected the property and it lead to an electrical fire. kwk came in and rewired the whole unit. however about a year later one of the circuits failed and is now leaving us without the majority of power in our unit. when i called to explain this to their receptionist the guy started arguing with me about it. i tried to explain that i do not expect them to drop everything they are doing today but that this IS their responsibility as it was their work that is now faulty. he decided that did not matter to him, suggested i contacted another business even though it was kwk's work that has now failed.

we had a really good experience with them last year. so i gave 2 stars. but after the way their employee just blew me off on the phone i recommend trying a place that is more professional and has a work order guarantee. we literally dealt with a house fire from electrical work and about 1 year later i'm standing at the circuit breaker dodging a shower of sparks. not okay.

I'm happy to review KWK Electric! We recently had KWK install an extra switch box in our basement so that we could add two dedicated outlets in my workshop for my table saw, miter saw, and other big tools. Ken, one of the owners came for the estimate and was enjoyable to work with. He explained things very well and made excellent suggestions. The estimate was very reasonable and clear. Patrick, the electrician, arrived at the agreed upon time and got right to work. He paid close attention to detail and worked quietly and efficiently. He was also enjoyable to work with and explained thing very well. Ultimately, Ken and Patrick were able to save us approximately $400 because their tests indicated that we did not need a power upgrade as we first thought. Partick finished on time and the work was excellent. As a little added bonus, Ken dropped by about half way through the process to inspect Patrick's work and dropped off some chocolates because he said it would help relieve some of the stress of having the work done. Overall our experience with KWK was very positive and I highly recommend this company. Thank you KWK!

I never make reviews but I have utilized KWK numerous times over the last couple of years and after ridiculous scam attempts by other electricians I need to show appreciation for companies with hardworking, honest people.

These guys are great. They installed a beautiful 100amp panel and chased down and repaired about 30 years worth of electrical gremlins in my 100+ year old house. Estimates matched what I ended up paying. Communication with they're dispatcher Andy was terse, accurate, and clear(they're very busy). A payment scheme of half up front and half at the total completion of the job was very agreeable. Patrick the electrician who did the bulk of the work was always on time, stayed in communication and very politely answered my questions.
I hope to utilize they're services more in the future they did an amazing job.

I had a bunch of work I needed done to prepare for an addition. Nate and Shawn put in a new meter pedestal, rerouted me election from my panel to my sub panel through my house and relocated my hvac disconnect.

Really can’t say enough good things. I’ve dealt with multiple electricians over the past few years and I’m finally done searching for one I like. The process was complete transparent from the estimate visit all the way through to completion. Communication was great, work was excellent and the crew was awesome to deal with. Highly recommend.

We've used KWK a few times now and are always so happy with the job performed. Our latest project involved some unanticipated issues with our detached garage and Dave was awesome. We will continue to KWK because we sincerely trust them and they provide incredible service.
