I've been without power since the storm last week Tuesday. We-energies came out 3 times before they finally told me Saturday night @ 9:30pm that the wires that connected to their line needed repair & that was on me. Calling around for an electrician after a major storm was a nightmare. Truthfully, I was on the brink of tears from all the frustration. I called this company explained my situation & they were able to come out the next day to give an estimate. I have nothing but praises. Very professional, knowledgeable, and putual. They were able to come out repair the wires and I was back up & running in no time. Thank u guys again!!!If you're looking for a good electrician, give them a call. U won't be disappointed!!!

Would highly recommend. We had Jim come out to install some fans. He was very courteous. Was running a little late and called to let me know, which is what I think most of us want. He put on booties on his shoes before he came in. Walked us thru everything he was doing, explaining and answering questions along the way. He was sweet to my crazy kids. He was very knowledgeable and he definitely wasn't trying to pull a fast one on us. Would use again in a heartbeat, think you should too.

I had Tom out to troubleshoot and repair my doorbell system today and he did a phenomenal job. He spent his time not only fixing the problem but teaching me as he was fixing. I will definitely be using him and their services again!

They were prompt, professional, polite, knowledgeable and able to solve each issue. I found their prices to be fair for the amount of work they did and the issues they had to solve. I am so happy with the work Nate and Shawnn completed. The duplex I recently purchased needed a major electrical upgrade. We're talking replacing 40-year old panels, servicing meter sockets, installing new lights and upgrading GFCI outlets. These guys were professional and very reasonably priced. 10/10 will use them again.

I had them come rewire my kitchen. They came walk me through the kitchen wiring layout and got straight to work. They got it done in 2 days and did a great job for a good price. I would highly recommend them. They are my go to guys.

They guys replaced the fire hazard I had in my basement and cleaned up all the accumulated craziness caused by decades of bad handyman work. They did great work and were done on schedule. If you're in Riverwest and want to hire locally these guys are an excellent option.

These guys worked on our kitchen to add power for a dishwasher and disposal, remove some old wires from under cabinet lighting, add pendant lights and remove and old chandelier. They did a fantastic job, finished in one day and were very personable. We will definitely hire them again!

We love KWK! The owner and staff (we have used several of their electricians) are always so friendly & knowledgeable and work diligently to accomodate your needs. On more than one occasion they have presented us with multiple options to accomplish something and were specific about the time and cost that would be associated with each to help us best determine how to proceed. In one situation, one of their electricians took one of our lights home to his own house to fix it overnight so we would have it the next day. They are great.

Tom from KWK Electric was friendly, professional and honest. He showed up on time and even though the bill by the hour, he worked quickly but thoroughly and did a fantastic job. We will be our go-to electricians for life and I highly recommend.

We were referred to KWK by our home inspector, and couldn't be happier with the results. They were very flexible to our timelines, professional, courteous, and thorough. KWK did extensive work at our West Bend home about 20 years ago, including installing a unique fiber optic outdoor lighting system. The system was storm damaged and I called for help with an insurance estimate and repair. KWK indicated they no longer work in this area, and are busy enough with local work, they would not support their installation. I understand the 'business reason', but disappointed they don't support a prior installation that is so unique, they cannot recommend another service provider. And I cannot find another local provider. Insurance was willing to pay whatever needed for the service call.

We own a Home Warranty policy and it has been a hit and miss in the past when we use them. We switched over to American Home Shield a few months back. Our attic fan needed to be replaced and within one day of contacting our home warranty people I received a call from KWK Electrical. Dave arrived within a couple of days and immediately checked out all the wiring connections and order the parts. Very up front, honest and personable. Our parts arrived within ten days and Dave was back for the installation, no shorts cut no used parts. New fan is working beautifully. I will use KWK for all my future electrical needs. A class company.

KWK was a recommendation through our real estate agent to have electrical work done on our recently purchased home. KWK have us an honest assessment and proposed a few options that would permanently fix the major electrical issues and we scheduled the work. The work was professional and well done.
