Came and installed a Ring Floodlight. Justin did a wonderful job, and was quick installing it after I discovered you couldn't see junction box or where to put a ground wire. Reasonable prices!

Kyle and the team at Electric Services did a great job and I feel did the work at a good price. We had to rush them out to get our outside light post in before our landscaping went in and they did it which we appreciated. All the inside work was done in a clean, professional manner. Justin the electrician was outstanding and his helper was great as well. Couldn't be happier. We will definitely have them back out as needed.

The team at Electric Services is our go to for any electrical needs! Recently we had lightening strike our house, they came in throughly tested the wiring to ensure everything was safe and provided rewiring repairs where needed. They always do great work, and extremely knowledgeable.

Electric Services rewired my entire kitchen during our remodel. They were kind, friendly and they were so knowledgeable and helpful. I have called them twice since and will never go anywhere else. Lynn is so helpful when I call and everyone who has been to my house has been awesome! I had A different company come and put in my nest thermostat in. They couldn’t get it to work. Justin came in and knew exactly what to do and he wasn’t leaving until it was right.

I recently had Electrical Services handle some electrical work for me, and they were incredible from start to finish. Their customer service and skilled labor were top-notch, making me confident in my decision to choose them.

Brian came out initially to scope the property, and he was prompt and friendly, thoroughly scoping out the work and walking me through the process. Once I was ready to move forward, Lynn helped me book the job and kept me informed of what to expect. She handled everything with expertise and made me feel very taken care of. She was so personable and knowledgeable that I immediately wanted to be her friend!

Justin, the electrician, was equally impressive. He educated me on the work he was doing and worked incredibly hard to meet our goals and finish the job on time. I am so grateful for how he handled everything.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from the guys at Prime Electric LLC. Service, price, and availability were all second to none! I had water seeping into my electrical panel from an unknown source, which was obviously very concerning. Before contacting Prime Electric, I had a large residential service contractor come out to look at it, and their recommendation was to replace the entire panel for several thousand dollars.

Wanting a second opinion, I reached out to a few other companies. Troy, the owner of Prime Electric, was the first to respond and came out the same day to take a look and discuss what we might be dealing with.

What really stood out was his approach. Instead of immediately recommending a costly panel replacement, he explained that the right first step was to properly troubleshoot and identify where the water was actually coming from. Had I replaced the panel right away, the water would still have been coming in and the root issue would not have been solved. It was clear that the priority was safety and fixing the real problem rather than upselling unnecessary work.

Troy coordinated everything, and his team handled the troubleshooting and repair work. They were able to find the water source, correct the issue, and replace the corroded components in the panel so everything was safe and functioning properly again.

Throughout the process, Troy was extremely communicative by phone, email, and text, which I really appreciated. The flexibility and responsiveness made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

I couldn’t be happier with the service or the price, and I will absolutely be recommending Prime Electric to anyone I know in the area.

Highly recommend. We had electrical work that was needed prior to closing for our house that we were selling. Prime electric was extremely fast to respond, clearly provided me my options for repair with timelines and cost, and let me choose what route I wanted to move forward with. There was no trying to upsell or pushing for a more expensive fix. Will be using again for any future electrical needs.

Excellent work. They didn't gouge me, just repaired the switches and installed a light fixture that was practical and reasonable. Nice trustworthy staff, too. I searched through my records to find their name so that I could hire them again!
