I called Prime Electric around 4:30 pm and left a message about a smoking outlet. It had cooled down after we stopped using the appliances. Troy called within 15 minutes and said he could send someone out by 10 the next morning. At 10 am, an electrician was here, showed me the problem and what it would take to fix it. He was very efficient as well as a nice guy! It cost what Troy estimated and I was a happy camper. Feel safe now too! Would definitely recommend!!

I called close to closing time, spoke with Troy and he had an electrician to our home first thing the following morning to diagnose and fix an issue. Jake was dispatched to our home, he explained everything he was going to do/check and provided updates along the way. He also took photos so I could clearly understand what was causing the issue we were experiencing. We really appreciate the prompt and complete service and recommend Prime to anyone with electrical needs!

My experience was great, filled the online form with my electrical issue, they reached out the same day, I scheduled to have my electrical issue looked at in a few weeks, fortunately someone canceled and they called me back and had a electrician ready within 30 minutes, Jim came out and fixed the issue fast and efficiently and the price was very fair
