We had the best experience! We have a 100 year old house and Weston and Liam came in and took out all the old wiring and piping in our basement. Then came in and put in all new lights, outlets and switches. The basement never looked so bight. Super professional, cleaned up after themselves and worked long hours to get the job done. I highly recommend their services because it’s hard to find hardworking individuals like themselves these days!

I was very impressed with everything about this company! When I called I was able to talk to a real person not a robot. The Electrician I spoke with had the knowledge and experience to give me a course of action and rough estimate over the phone. I was able to get an appointment right away the next day for the best price that I was quoted for an upgraded electrical system!

Weston and his service were absolutely awesome, fairly priced, great communication, arrived on time, knowledgeable, super efficient, careful working around our stuff, friendly. Would definitely hire Weston and his coworker again! Can't say enough good things!

Due to some time constraints during the holidays for fixing code issues with my business, I had to hire a different company to fix my exit lights. The other company spent an insane amount of time and never got them to work right. I’ve used Advance in the past for work I was very satisfied with, so I called them up and they got everything fixed up and working right within an hour. Turns out the other major local company had wired them up wrong! Got to go with the right company off the bat! I won’t make that mistake again! Thanks!

Advance Electrical and owner Chris Richards is an excellent contractor to work with. Chris is an excellent communicator and does what he says. Any changes are explained in advance. Would recommend this contractor based on his thorough understanding of what it means to service a client competently.

Heard about Advance Electrical from a buddy of mine. Spoke with Liam and he helped to diagnose the issue and then fixed it quickly and without any issues. The team at Advance Electrical contractors has done a great job. From the bidding process with Chris which was easy, simple and professional. To the craftsmanship of Wes and Liam. Wes and Liam have done a great job. We hired them to assist on our second story renovation. This included a service swap from 100amp to 200amp and all new lighting and outlets in the second story. The guys have been on time,on schedule, and done exactly what we contracted for at the price we agreed upon. They have been flexible with any change orders we needed during the project. I would highly recommend the guys at Advance Electrical contractors for a simple service call to your most complex remodeling projects. They will be doing all my electrical work. Professional, knowledgeable and skilled electricians! Call these guys and get a quote. You will be happy you did!

We've been a customer of Electric Services for years. They've done everything from full wiring for our basement to small fixes. They've always been fast and the electricians are nice and explain what's going on as they troubleshoot. Great service at a good price!

$125 just for the service call, which they dont inform you about.
$143 total for the light switch to get replaced. Overall, it seemed a little overpriced, in my opinion.

12/10/2021 Paul was on time. Very friendly and professional. Hooked up my RADON mitigation system and put in an additional outlet. Reasonable pricing. Will use again.

From upgrading a panel to repairing outlets—they ensure everything is done well and done right. And their customer service is top notch across the board—the schedulers, the master electricians, everyone—they all treat every job like it’s their only job—they are communicative, attentive, and they follow through. I have used their services multiple times and will use them again. Highly, highly recommended!

I needed a bathroom exhaust fan replaced. After 4+ months of getting the runaround from another company, I reached out to Electric Services. They responded to my inquiry within a day. They had me take pictures of the work that needed to be done in order to get me a quote, and they sent me a quote on the work within a couple days and someone called me within the week after I approved the quote.
In fact, someone also called me as soon as they had a cancelation to see if I could take the time slot. I couldn't, but I appreciated being contacted.
Paul came out to my house to do the work. He was professional and nice. He went over the work with me before starting to make sure what he was installing was what I wanted, as changes could effect the price. The work was done pretty quickly and he cleaned up throughly after he was done. Time will tell on the quality of work, but so far, no complaints.

When I read about older homes that burn down due to an electrical fire, I think a preventable fire doesn’t have to happen to you or your loved ones. My daughter just got her first (old) house and needed a licensed electrician for a couple of inspection items. One problem was updating a 1940’s-era electrical “rat’s nest” of lead soldered wires packed tightly behind two light switches at the front door. The switches consisted of an ancient porch light switch and a 3-way outlet switch for two living room receptacles. The cloth insulation was coming apart which raised my concern of an immediate fire hazard. Not knowing any electricians, I read internet reviews and called several companies who were unable to help due to storm damage repairs in the area. However, Nik at Electric Services said he could schedule the service in a couple of days. Justin, the electrician, arrived as promised. Justin was very courteous, prepared, and especially knowledgeable about updating wiring in older homes. We had several unique switches and outlets replaced with updated décor style. Justin made easy work of bringing old circuits into code with safer, grounded GFCI outlets for the kitchen. Justin also installed the correctly sized circuit breaker for the HVAC condenser as recommended by the manufacturer. I highly recommend Nik and Justin at Electric Services LLC.

When I made my first call they told me that they could send someone out in about two weeks. Two months later they called me and told me that they could send someone the next day. I informed the lady over the phone that I would be going through my home warranty. The next day the technician showed up twenty minutes late. After some time he gave me the estimate to which I informed my home warranty company, per the steps required. I was then told this business does not accept direct payment from warranties, meaning that I now had to cover the costs and would be reimbursed. I told the technician I did not have those funds available currently. I was then on the phone with someone from the office (the technicians boss) who proceeded to laugh at me and my situation when I informed him that I didn’t have the funds to pay the full amount as I was under the impression that the warranty company would be covering the bill. I was also told that since “we are trying to run a business we won’t invoice you or allow any payment options-we can’t just wait for you to pay us”. He proceeded to threaten me with putting liens on my property while also shaming me by saying “I don’t know why you would ask for our services if you don’t have the money to pay” and that “the technician could be doing other things right now but instead has to deal with you”. I reminded him that I requested services months ago, that they called me the day before, giving no time to move money around, immediately after the mortgage is due, while also not accepting any form of payment other than the full amount, despite my home warranty approving the claims for the repairs. I offered to pay a partial amount but again was laughed at and given the “I understand completely” line before he again informed me that he’s trying to run a business but will in no way work with his customer. I’m absolutely furious with the interaction I had over the phone and I hope people think twice before using this company. Even though he was twenty minutes late Jaime was professional and courteous-the only saving grace from this experience.

From setting up the appointment to the service itself, everything was crystal clear and executed flawlessly. The technician who did 2 separate services for us, Justin, was absolutely incredible. On both services, he was personable, thorough, professional, and communicative - and that’s not even mentioning the impeccable quality of his work. I highly, highly recommend working with Electric Services.

Over the years working in Property Management we have worked with many electricians and good ones are hard to come by. We have recently been using Electric Services for the last year and we are more than satisfied with their services. They have delivered great customer service and always offer appointments in a reasonable time frame (this is hard to come by in this industry) all at fair/honest pricing.

One great example would be a job from yesterday where we had a very difficult electrical problem at a multi-residential building. They were there the same day, reached out to 20-plus suppliers looking for a part that is very hard to come by, and worked tirelessly to complete the job.
