My lawn treatment today with Imani at Spring Green felt very thorough and customized. He stopped to listen and talk about my weed and fertilization options as well as trouble areas near my tree and wild flower bed. So happy he stopped at my open door and spent more than the usual 5 minutes that other big providers take to just spray and go.

Imani was polite, friendly and respectful.

Leroy is a pleasure to work with. He is friendly and concientous. He takes a personal approach to understanding his customer's needs.

Gilberto is always transparent about when he will be arriving which gives us time to let the dogs out and let the grass dry before they return outside. Thank you for being concerned about our dogs.

I was not aware that Marcellus was here to service the lawn. Therefore I do not know how he did, but I'm assuming he did a good job, as I can see marks in the lawn from the wheels of the spreader. I do not know if he moved the chairs in order to get the grass underneath them. Therefore I am giving him four stars. I would appreciate a text to let me know someone is on the way, as well as the service tech knocking on my front door to let me know that they are here. They don't need to wait for me to answer the door, just to let me know that they're here. Thank you!

Although I never saw Bowen (the tech) in person he left a thorough report of work done and suggested fixes for any issues found in our lawn.
To the Spring Green Company-I would appreciate a heads-up as to what day the tech is coming to service the lawn.

During the first visit to my home, the lawn technician parked some of his equipment on the corner of my lawn as he prepped for the application. From what I can tell from our cameras, it appears the equipment either sat to long or to much of the weed killer leaked onto my lawn and killed a section. Im sure it was an accident, it didn't appear malicious in any way - however I hired the service to help make my lawn look better...not worse. I'll be reaching out to the company to see if they can come by and fix the damage on their next application.

I'm very pleased with Leroy's work. He asked if I had any questions when he arrived. He got quickly to work making my application and left a detailed explanation of what was done and what was applied. He represents Spring Green well and I am pleased enough to plan on using you next season as well.

I wasn’t n home when Deon administered the very first lawn treatment. I loved the personalized note he left about my yard, and I was very impressed by where he posted the treatment notice. My driveway is on a street that’s torn up and my driveway is too. He realized I would park around the corner, on the side of my house. That’s where he left the sign, so I was aware before letting my dogs out.

Stefani did a great job for Spring Green. She came to the door, introduced herself & went over what she will be doing. Very refreshing! Good job, Stefani! Thank you!

This is the 1st season using Spring Green and my lawn has never looked better! My technician is Leroy and he is very knowledgeable about the product he uses. I really like the fact that he is the only one who treats my yard and not a different person everytime. I value Leroy's opinion.

Great communication, On time with appointments. In addition, my lawn has improved and looks lush and green... even now in fall when my neighbors lawns are going dormant. Highly recommend.
