These guys are always great and always professional. The few minor issues we've had over the past 5 years have been corrected quickly and to our satisfaction. Ryan is responsive and he and his team go out of the way to provide excellent service.

I was a bit nervous sending my things in because I had just moved to a new city from Los Angeles and these were some of my favorite items. Ryan personally picked everything up (boots and two pairs of jeans) and kept in contact with me throughout the few days it took to get them repaired. He then delivered them to my door on time, and I was beyond pleased with the exceptional quality of work. This is an economical way to receive 5 star service in Milwaukee, and will absolutely be returning.

I’ve used this service twice…the first was at my apartment, I wanted a spring refresh for my carpets, but didn’t want to put the work in myself. I saw an add on Facebook offering specials on 2-3 rooms. I could t pass it up! The carpets were spot treated, washed, and deodorized.

The second time I had a brand new couch ruined after a nightmare of trying to move it upstairs, hoisting it over a balcony. My ivory couch was set in mud as it was being maneuvered up the balcony. I called Anthony with Mr. Magic Carpet Cleaning & he came out the next day. Quick service, & great results! My couch looked good as new after the upholstery cleaning.
