The cleaning crew did good, but when I have to ask questions, Nora takes it like I'm yelling at her. She couldn't take it that I noticed that was missed and asked her to keep an eye on it for next time. She fired herself instead of trying to do better next time. Speaking English is the problem I think. Too much money for just a cleaning job. I expected more, but they either pretend not to understand or just ignore.

Fair price for once a month. But you for what you paid for. Rude employees. Told them to cancel it and they wouldn't so I told them again to cancel it. They left but tried arguing with me. They left streaks and barely cleaned the windows.
