Jose and Brandon did a fantastic job on our porch carpet, stairwell, and basement. The carpets look brand new and smell wonderful. Was very happy with the quality, professionalism, efficiency, and price. Will definitely use them again.

My carpet looks great. They got out stains that I did not expect them to get out. The price was great and I will both recommend them and have them back again. Their price was better than the other well-known carpet cleaning services in my area. I am completely happy.

I called them to ask hours available and they fit me in the same day, within a few hours. They showed up and I showed them the rooms and mentioned that 2 had pets in them so they treated the carpets. When they finished the rooms smelled great and the carpets looked almost new, not like they 10 years old. They did a fantastic job.

Jose is AMAZING! I was actually afraid the carpet was a lost cause. Recent tenants had trashed the carpeting and it reeked for dog poo and pee and the formerly cream colored carpet was black in the traffic pattern. Jose fit me in at the last minute, came in and not only did he remove the smell using a heavy deodorizer, he cleaned it so it looks new! I'd had professional cleaners in before and they charged more and the carpet wasn't nearly as clean. Imperial Carpet Cleaning definitely sets a high standard. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much Jose and employee (sorry missed his name) you guys were professional, fast, thorough, and reasonable. You have no idea how grateful I truly am.

I had my carpet cleaned today by Imperial and I loved the results! Everything from the fresh scent of the products to the quality of the work was fantastic! a great job for a very reasonable price. Jose was my servicemen, he was professional, thorough, and friendly! I will be using and recommending the service again!

Jose was an extreme professional when it came to having my carpets cleaned. Not only does he work on Sundays (which 90%+ other carpet cleaners do not), but he was very understanding when there was a communication error, and he went out of his way to tack us on to his schedule at the end of the day. My call to get a quote was quick and informative, and hours later he was at my apartment doing the cleaning. AND he was able to provide a much needed receipt for my landlord for the move out process. We will be using him again next year when we move again. Thank you Jose!

Jose and his helper did a great job. I only needed one room cleaned and they were a good value (other companies I called had a minimum price that didn’t make sense for one room). They called ahead of time, were on time, and worked quickly.

So I just got the carpets cleaned by Jose and wow, my landlord recommended the company she hired but Jose made the carpets look better than how I got them !!!! Hes been in business for 20 years and hes available on weekends ! Before and after pics below !

Laura was efficient and extremely detail oriented with her cleaning. She provided a deep clean in the areas we often neglect such as windows, baseboards, walls, kitchen, stove and other areas. She was pleasant and provided tips and recommendations on products that she uses in her cleaning. I am extremely pleased in the quality and how quick she was able to provide a quote and complete the cleaning. I will definitely be using her services moving forward.
