Called to make an appointment to have my windows cleaned and correct a $115 over charge I failed to see from the last cleaning. Shirley said she would talk to owner about it, then called me back to say they would NOT do anything about the over charge and would NOT clean my windows. The fact that she was very rude and unprofessional is the reason I had to write this review and will contact the Better Business Bureau.

Clear Vu approached me to do my windows for my business because they were doing my neighbor’s windows. I hired them after being disappointed with the window cleaner who was unreliable and did not always show up when they said they would. They were also more expensive. Clear Vu, on the otherhand is reliable, their staff and owner are easy to work with, and their prices are reasonable. As a result, I hired them to do my home windows too. I highly recommend them. Quality, price, and customer service are a 5 star rating from me! Here is a picture of my business. Those little windows never looked so clean in the corners!

We have 2 dogs and hire Imperial Carpet Cleaning to do our rugs and couch almost every year! Recently, I decided to see if Jose could work on my dad's couch. He's a smoker and hasn't kept up with cleaning as he's aged. What a difference!! I'm truly so impressed with the stain removing and deodorizing he's able to accomplish. Thanks Imperial!
