I recently moved into a rental that had disgusting, dirty carpet. Imperial came out to clean the carpets and vinyl, and they look much better now! Imperial Carpet Cleaning is a complete class act! I highly recommend their services.

Hired Imperial because my regular company was out of town and my carpet basically was supposedly cleaned but truthfully was wet and the spots my dig urinated on the smell was extracted and made worse whatever chemic as l freshener they used was non effective. I also wasn't offered any kind of pet odor chemical which I also was told after the fact that it would be an extra cost. $50 plus tax for two stair cases that aren't even clean or smelling fresh! Total waste of my time and money smh! Might as well let my dog tear up that $52! I'll stick with Ambiance Carpet Cleaning from.now on! Lesson learned!!!!

I'm so happy with this service today!! I could not believe the how clean he got my carpet at such a great price! I've used other carpet cleaners like Jader before, and Imperial got the carpets cleaner and were almost half the price!! I would recommend to everyone

To say Imperial Carpet Cleaning did a good job would not be sufficient....they did a FANTAAAAAAAASTIC job of cleaning the carpet in my basement, stairs and landing. There has been a large ink looking stain in one of the areas for over fourteen years in which no one was able to remove. Just as I was telling Jose not to worry about that particuliar area because it wasn't removable he kindly stated he had removed it and for me to take a look. My jaw dropped, you would have actually thought I was being given the keys to a new car by the way I reacted. Come to find out it was a tar stain which has been an eye sore for many years and it is now as if it was never there. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received.

He was prompt, very professional, courteous and took great precaution in wearing a face mask due to the current conditions. I will continue to utilize their services going forward.

We have a split level house that has carpeted stairs leading to both levels of the house. They were absolutely filthy considering we have two dogs and multiple kids and it was embarrassing to have people over since the stairs were so dirty and splotchy. Imperial came in and made them look brand basically brand new. I will absolutely go with them again! Plus, they charged me less than half what Stanley Steamer was going to charge me.

Pleased beyond belief! So many kid stains and lots of pet stains that I didn't really think my carpet would get that clean. It looks like new! Joe really put the time in to make sure the stains and odors all came out. Highly recommend!

We have an oat colored tweed couch and loveseat...and three furbabies. Over time they looked more beige then oat colored. Antonio called to let me know when he was going to arrive, arrived on time, was courteous and very knowledgeable about his products, ultimately did an excellent job. My couches look brand new, just like when we bought them! Prices are very decent, quality is very high. Highly recommend!

Antonio did a great job! All of my area rugs needed serious tlc, he left them smelling fresh (not like carpet chemicals), and restored of color. The carpet in my house is also looks great now. Thank you so much!

Jose and his partner came in and restored my carpets to a level of clean I didn’t think they could be after previous owners left things pretty gross. Those owners tried to clean the carpets themselves and apparently left a ton of soap residue, which was half the problem. Imperial extracted all of that and then some. Looks and smells great.
