Anita and crew always do a great job. If there is something extra that I want done, they are always able to do it. If there is something that has been missed, they are quick to get it the next time.

I have hired this company for a few basic cleaning services and a move out clean. They are easy to schedule with, have excellent attention to detail, and provide efficient and effective cleaning services. Definitely recommend!

I was not happy with the deep cleaning service that I had. There was still grime, dirt, etc on the outside handles of the appliances and cabinet doors. I used lysol wipes to wipe them down and it was still dirty. And this was just the ones that I inspected. Not to mention that they were 1 hr late without notifying me. I had to call when they haven’t shown up.

They did a good job. Couple of things that could have been a little cleaner and a mirror (not a family heirloom or anything) was broken but they were friendly and hard-working. I would recommend.

Affordable, responsive, great customer service, technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They also offer a bunch of different services--we have used both snowplowing and carpet cleaning.

Due to physical health struggles, getting into bathroom areas is hard. Bella is always quick and cleans the 1.5 bath well. Always great when they come - I can trust a good clean.

Bella Shine came to pick up so much speed junk that was just too big to transport to the dump. Their crew was very friendly and reviewed the list of items with me. They cleaned up dust and debris after removing items too!

They arrived a little ahead of schedule(!), worked hard the entire alotted time, and left the house sparkling. They cleaned places my previous service ignored, like under chair cushions, in corners, and grout behind the shower curtain. My family couldn't be happier about Bella Shines work. Even my 90-year-old mother, who insisted she didn't need help cleaning, is looking forward to their future visits!

We desperately needed our house swamped out. Anita came to see our home before giving us a quote. She and all her crew wore masks, all the time, and not just because we asked them to. We could stay in the house and just move out of their way. Her prices were reasonable. Our floors gleam! Very happy with their service!

Anita is excellent at listening to the needs of her customers. I have been working with this service for nearly four years. Very reasonable rates, personable and friendly staff. They have also been available for special projects!

Really, just don't go here, but especially don't go here if you need to take a vacation day to let a cleaning crew in. They had scheduled a cleaning for 2 pm on a weekday. When the time came they sent text messages saying they would be there at 2:30. Then they sent a message saying they rescheduled for the next morning. If I had taken a vacation day, it would have already been too late to recover the day. I wasn't available the following day, so I asked them to reschedule for the following week. They set the time for 2pm again. The day of the appointment I got a text at 2:15 saying they would be late. Two men showed up and said they couldn't do anything until Anita, their manager arrived. Anita didn't show up until almost 3pm. She started to flip out because the house is dirty... Ummm..... A cleaning service... Complaining about dirt? I was gracious enough to tell her to just focus on the kitchen. She said that that would take two hours and that there wouldn't be enough time in the day because they are usually done at 5 pm. Never mind that she was the one who was an hour late, and that two hours after 3 is 5... How does it take three people two hours to clean a kitchen? I did it myself, alone after they left in two hours. She wanted to reschedule again, and I told her that if they were going to come back I would rather have my basement cleaned. She looked at the basement and said that she would send two quotes, one for junk removal and one for cleaning. She sent a quote for the junk removal, and a time for the cleaning. I told her that I needed the whole quote. Instead of just resending the quote, she decided to argue about it, and when I said I didn't get the quote, she cancelled the appointment. Not only did they waste a lot of my time, Anita was so rude that I thought that I should write reviews to warn people that if you hire this company, and you have something that is dirty they will probably gossip about you and just be rude about it.

The Bella crew helped with a move-out clean — preparing the house for new owners. They were responsive in text, fast walk-thru quote and really great cleaning of the entire house. I would use again and will recommend!
