Anita and her team are amazing! My husband and I work 10 to 12+ hours most weekdays… and when the weekend comes we like to either relax or spend time with family and friends. So when it comes to finding time to do chores around the house, we’re not great or consistent at it…. And probably a little too good at ignoring the mess than I’d like to admit.

We’ve been using Anita’s services for general cleaning for about once a month or two for about 10 months now. We don’t have a nice big house, or fancy things, but we do have a lot of miscellaneous clutter. Anita takes great care in cleaning and organizing our things in the ample space have. She’s fast, efficient and I love coming home from work to a tidy and clean house… but the time, energy and mental bandwidth her service saves me is beyond words, and is so greatly appreciated.

Things She Does For Us in a 2 Hour Booking:

-Kitchen: Dishes (by hand since we don’t have a dishwasher), cleans microwave (inside and out), cleans stove top, cleans and tidies counter, sweeps and mops floor. Also empties trash & recycling bins — sometimes when they aren’t even full — and puts them in our big containers outside.

-Living room: tidying of clutter, tosses out any misc trash sitting out (we have a habit of just putting the junk mail wherever when we bring it in and letting it sit forever 🤦‍♀️, she either puts it in a tidy pile or tosses it for us), vacuums the floor and couches. The tidying seems like a small task, but it does wonders!

-Bathroom: cleans toilet, tub/shower, and floors (we are in a very slow process of remodeling so we don’t have a vanity or mirror yet, but if we did… I’m certain those would also be wiped down and spotless).

-Laundry: on occasion she folds and puts things on hangers for me when requested — this is literally the cherry on top of coming home.

-I’m sure there are other tiny things they do that is harder to notice because I’m so blown away by everything else.

*the only negative comment I have to share is really a fussy one… I debated on even sharing but my it bothers my husband so here I am… sometimes we will find a random “something or other” in a really odd place. For example this last time I found a dog toy stuffed in with the shoe shelf, when the dog toy bin was like 10 feet away. Little weird things like that… but honestly I feel like that stuff will happen… i only mention it so if you’re like him you can just prepare yourself for it.

Bell shine cleaning services did wonderful job cleaning out a four bedroom home and making it shine. They did junk removal, painting, and deep cleaning from basement to second floor in a very fair price. I would hire them again in a minute.

Not on time and, not communicative. Great prices--If I could have used their service that is. I scheduled a move out cleaning with Anita. The weekend before the cleaning, I received two separate requests to move up the cleaning time by 2 hours each request (1pm appoint became 9 am). I accommodated both requests. I told them I would have to leave work to meet the team at my apartment. 9 nine o'clock came and went. No one called to say they were running behind. At 9:05 when Anita answered my call, she said she was 5 minutes away. I waited an additional twelve minutes (mind you I'm supposed to be at work). I could have just left the keys but, I wanted to meet them to show them the areas of concern and what I was hoping to have addressed. I rescheduled with another company. I am disappointed I couldn't use their service.

Anita was very professional and exceptionally accommodating in cleaning our rental property at the time of move out! She not only accommodated a date and time change... she also had to work around the movers which was very challenging and she made it happen!! She and her staff got right to work and the house looked great!! I would highly recommend Anita's business for your cleaning needs.

Anita is always very responsive and goes out of her way to ensure my needs are met. We have used Bella shine multiple times for junk removal. They do a great job!

I have had the pleasure of having my friends from Bella Shine Cleaning Services LLC come to help for many years. I have never left a review because I am the kind of person who tries to use technology as little as possible. However, this very day, I felt it extremely necessary to express the deep respect and appreciation I have for these absolutely wonderful individuals. I promise, if someone out there is in need of help to clean, you must definitely call this wonderful, diligent cleaning service. They are not just a company… They are definitely excellent people.

Not happy with the deep cleaning. The low quality does not match the high price. I was going to schedule to finish the rest of the cleaning, but I will find someone else. Since my husband’s employer is paying for it. I would’ve been really upset if I had paid for this terrible of a cleaning out of my own pocket.

When I asked if they could wipe down the closet doors and trim due to the drywall dust, Anita stated those typically are part of a construction cleaning and they were just doing a deep cleaning today. Mind you, all of our bedrooms and one bathroom is empty so they didn’t have to even dust knickknacks, furniture, etc. I probably should not have even mentioned that there was drywall dust to trigger her saying that was part of the construction cleaning. To me, a deep clean should include wiping down baseboards, using a vacuum edger, and ensuring all the nooks and crannies are cleaned. The toilet paper holder was still dusty, there are streaks on my windows that they supposedly cleaned, they missed cobwebs in the basement that I specifically requested they clean, and they didn’t even clean the hallway floors of my house. She forgot to scrub the toilet, and left cleaner in it. I did confront them after they left and after I continued to see things that were missed, and she offered to come back and clean. I replied next day and she says the offer to come back was not valid.

I feel like I got completely ripped off. When I initially called, I explained that the cleaning I want is not a typical cleaning as we just moved into a place so I’m still unpacking, but I wanted some of the rooms cleaned so I can unpack and move in properly. And then I would do a second phase of cleaning once I unpacked and put away the things.

Anita almost fell down my stairs as she was wearing a long skirt. And she had a younger boy that was helping. They didn’t even clean the fans which absolutely should be part of a deep cleaning. They didn’t bring a step stool! And since we replaced all the kitchen appliances, they didn’t even have to clean the kitchen appliances but still charged full price for a deep cleaning. So again, we asked for a deep clean of about 1/3 of the house and the interior of all windows. All in, I paid $455 which is absolutely absurd for the completely low quality and limited amount of time they spent in my house.

Anita scheduled my cleaning for 11:30 and then showed up at 10:30.

We went back and forth via text, and she is not going to address the issues documented in the photos so I filed a dispute with my credit card and the BBB. She did offer to refund the tip but I am still waiting for that refund. She claimed I changed the areas needing to be cleaned, such as adding the unfinished basement, but that was always included in my original conversation and the whole point of scheduling a deep cleaning.

She was on her phone part of the time and she was most definitely not a hard worker. And what is even more unethical, is that she is not going to address the obvious items that should have been cleaned. She’s full of excuses and lies.
