Angelica and Carmen provided exceptional service during our New Year deep clean. They were not only professional and thorough but also incredibly kind and patient with my one-year-old. They worked diligently, cleaning areas I didn’t even realize were included in the service. This deep clean was the perfect reset for the new year and has set us up for success in the months ahead. I’m already planning to book a spring cleaning with them. Worth every penny!

Updating my review to share that I had Molly Maid back and Team 2 - Gladis and Christina - were fantasic and exceeded expectations!

I have never had a cleaning service before! Molly Maid of East Metro Milwaukee made it easy and they did a great job, especially in the bathrooms. I keep discovering things I didn't realize they cleaned (blinds, cupboards, etc) - plus I love that they support WUWM/public radio, thanks for that. Will have them back!

The women are very thorough and conscientious in the work they perform. I love coming home to a spotless house that smells clean and looks great.

I just wanted to post about the good service I received from Molly Maid. I have been traveling for weeks and came home for a brief period and was so overwhelmed with the tasks I needed to accomplish. Laundry, cleaning and unpacking—just to pack up and leave again for another extended work project. Molly Maid came in and cleaned my apartment and took a huge load off my shoulders. I am so grateful for them and recommend that you use them for the MKE area. They bailed me out when I was in a pinch and I would recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Molly Maid has been cleaning my apartment monthly since last October. Cristina and Gladis of Team 2 are fabulous! Worth every penny. When I asked to reschedule a week later due to surgery, Molly Maid was very accommodating. I highly recommend Molly Maid.

This was my first Molly Maid experience so I am not sure how to review and rate it. the two women were very pleasant, came on time and seemed to do everything promised me by the staff who set up this appointment. They were efficient, moved quickly at the tasks and completed the work in less time than the booking was for! Perhaps a trifle more attention to cushions on furniture being moved and cleaned?

Perla and Elizabeth (Team #9) did an amazing job deep cleaning our home so we could throw a 75th birthday party for my mother-in-law. It made getting ready for the party a 100% less stressful. They did a way better job in a few hours that I could have done cleaning all week. Thank you so much! I have already recommended you all to many people.

Check the yelp reviews not just google. Counters were not wiped down (bathroom and kitchen), in the shower only ledges were wiped. It was a hassle even getting them in. They said the elevator didn’t work when I had used it 10 minutes prior from them getting there and got no report of elevator issues. Then they were afraid of my mini bernedoodle and I was contacted multiple times regarding all these issues. You hire someone to clean your house to take stress OFF not add stress. Toothpaste residue still in sink. Very dissatisfied. Would recommend trying any other cleaning service first instead of this one. Will be re-cleaning. Only thing I was satisfied with was the dishes being done. When called for my feedback the woman said the own supervisor wasn’t satisfied with the floors and they didn’t fix them.

Molly Maid of East Metro Milwaukee and Racine provided us with amazing service at our previous home, and it’s no surprise that they’ve done the same at our new place. We were out of town for an extended period of time, and while we were away Team 2 came in regularly. It was so nice to come back to a spotless home! I so appreciate the care Cristina and Gladis took while we were gone. They are attentive to every detail, work carefully and thoroughly and I’m grateful to both of them and to Molly Maid for ensuring we once again have such seamless service in our new home.

My neighbor has used Molly Maid for several years and I spoke with them about a month ago and it took a while for me to make a phone call but I got the same team my neighbor uses (team seven) and they were fabulous. I live by myself and it’s very hard for me to get up in the high places to Dust and Clean and they just did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a hard time doing floors and getting up in high places. They were wonderful. C. Heidke
