Team # 10 Jareny and Marquez did a great job cleaning my Bath, kitchen, hallway and eating area. They completed their task in an hour and were very cordial while doing their work.

I have used Molly Maids for a few years for house cleaning. They do an awesome job!

I had an experience this last week where I came home after a cleaning and it just wasn't *as clean* as it usually is after Molly Maids comes. I called their customer service and got help from Stacy- who was SO helpful and understanding about my minor dissatisfaction. The next business day another crew came out and made everything right- house sparkling, feeling extra fresh and cared for. They do an amazing job and when they fall a little bit short, they address it quickly, with kindness and professionalism.

This was a "move out" cleaning. Mari and Diana were on time and got right to work. They had high attention to detail and listened to the important focus areas. They also wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend these ladies!

The floor cleaning device does leave some light residue so I had to reclean areas in our bedrooms and foyer. A small spot of water was found on the bathroom floor that had to be wiped up. We have not seen them wipe the cabinets, kitchen and bathroom, with Murphy's Oil like we were told would be done at least three times a year.

Erin and Norma did a great job! I brought in Molly Maid to help me with the cleaning portion of an organization weekend. They did a wonderful job and went above and beyond my expectations!

On 7/25/35, I had a great experience with Team 5 of Molly Maid (Angelica, Carmen & Mia)! The team was punctual, professional, and left my home sparkling clean.

I admit, I was skeptical to hire a cleaning service for our condo - but Team 6 from Molly Maids were exceptionally professional,
(Gloria, Elena and Maria) and exceeded my expectations in every aspect! They made my “still moving in phase” very pleasant. Their professionalism was outstanding, so my husband (who has some health issues) and I decided to have them clean on a weekly basis. I would recommend this Molly Maids team to anybody who’s as fussy as I am.

I've been putting off hiring a cleaning service for a long time. Now I wish I'd done it years ago! Molly Maid Team #10 - Marquez and Jareny - did amazing work. My old house is cleaner than it's been since the day we moved in years ago. Amazing attention to detail. So thorough. Highly recommend Molly Maid and especially Team #10.

I had my first cleaning appointment with Molly Maid, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spotless condition of my apartment. Team #4, Erin and Norma, did an exceptional job. It was a huge relief to come home to a clean apartment, and it relieved me of the huge burden of deep cleaning after a hectic month of travel.

I paid $380 for a little over a 3 hour clean. I originally had scheduled for 6/17 the week prior. Upon 6/17 I still had got no confirmation text and had heard nothing. I called and they said they were all booked that day (even though I was supposed to be one of their customers booked for that day). Okay so then we plan for a new day 6/19. They come on time at 7:45 A.m. However I feel for almost $400 they definitely cut corners. My main focus was the floors which were still left with debris and glass from which they broke my whole refrigerator shelf and did not get all glass up. I had asked before they left to make sure they get all the glass cleaned up because I have littles running around. Upon further inspection when they left, they also left a whole part of my fridge uncleaned under the condiments and my entire mirror scratched up. Also did not move fridge or stove to sweep/mop. Highly disappointed to say the least.

Team 7 with Mari and Diana did a marvelous job cleaning my house for the initial cleaning. They were efficient and nice to myself and my dog. I will be happy to have them clean for me on a weekly basis.

We just recently hired Molly Maid for routine house cleaning. We met with management prior to having the cleaning team visit. Stacy was able to annotate specific things we wanted cleaned and she answered all of our questions before helping us with pricing and scheduling. I’m so glad we found the Molly Maid service— I am truly impressed by the excellent work the cleaning team did! We came home from work to find the floors shining, the kitchen spotless, and the bathroom (including the tub) scrubbed and thoroughly cleaned! We are so pleased by their work, and so grateful for the Molly Maid team!

Just in case anyone was ever planning on using the service, I wanted to advise you against it. I have used them in the place for snow plowing and that’s been fine (but expensive!). My lawnmower broke so I thought I would try their lawn service. That was May 2. They said service would be within 3 days… it has now been 11 days and they still can’t give me an ETA when someone will come.
Last Saturday after sitting for over a week, my job was picked up. The contracted person never completed the job, so I contacted the company and they removed that person from my job. They then left my job open for someone else to pick up. I asked for an update because by this point my lawn has grown tremendously. I was told that there was no need to keep checking in and that I would receive an email when it was assigned. Completely unacceptable! I have been more than patient, more than understanding, and I will check in as much as I need to because this is absolutely ridiculous!!

Incredibly happy with their services. I use them when my rental properties are vacant and need mowing. They are very quick and efficient. I highly recommend them!
