I was very pleased with the work. Because of our tight schedule My Signature gave us special service on a Saturday. The technician power washed the roof, cleaned the gutters and treated the roof for mold. And the price was excellet. We will ask for their help again.

Jose and his team came out and did am amazing job on our floors. They look beautiful again! It was scheduled on a short notice. They were able to do it around our childcare hours and worked long days to make sure it was done over the long break for Thanksgiving, so we could reopen Monday. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend Shiny and clean floors. We look forward to having them back out to help maintain the beautiful look.

I wanted to love this cleaning company and my intention was to hire them to do monthly deep cleans. Unfortunately, I cannot have them back. They were easy to schedule and showed up timely. However, the cleaning crew clogged my bathtub and partly unscrewed my shower head. I had to have plumber out to fix the clog and it appears they put paper towel down the drain. That seems
intentional. I don’t know why they partly unscrewed my shower head. It was not cleaned and the shower wall behind the bathroom caddy that hangs from the shower head wasn’t cleaned either. Again, that seems intentional. I did let them know what happened and they didn’t respond. So on top of the $200 they charged to clean my modest size home (I didn’t even have them clean the three bedrooms or my son’s playroom), I had a costly plumbing bill.

Edit to add: white and blue paper towel/cloth was found down the bathroom tub. We have never purchased any product like that for our home. The clog was definitely not dirt or lint and the excuse from the cleaning company shows their lack integrity. Further, I only mentioned my dissatisfaction when they reached out asking to schedule more services for me.

Best window cleaning facility throughout central Wisconsin

My experience with this company was a very negative one. They were contracted by my condo building in June 2019 to clean the building’s windows. Due to issues with our building’s roof anchors, the window cleaners had to enter certain condo units in order to perform the cleaning. I was not home at the time they performed the actual cleaning; the window cleaners were allowed into my unit by our maintenance man. When I arrived home the evening after the cleaning, I decided to look at all my windows to ensure they were all closed. To my surprise, I discovered numerous issues in my quick walk-through, including:

-Plastic tilt wand (part of blinds) wedged between the upper and lower window sash on one window and the window was forced closed
-A window not fully closed
-Chipped paint on window sill
-Broken plastic tassel (attached to lift cord of blinds), broken piece found lying on the floor. Likely due to shutting the balcony door on it
-Two dirty rags left in my bedroom
-Several windows left with obvious streaks, this is easily forgivable absent the other issues

As you can imagine, I was rather disappointed with the contractor's work. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for window cleaning.

I recently moved and my basement looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few years. I called TCS and the guy said they could clean out the cobwebs, wash the walls, dust the couple shelves and cabinets, and clean the floors (sweep and mop). My house is small (750 square feet) so the guy estimated an hour. I thought this sounded optimistic but he's the professional so I believed him. Today the team showed up 1.5 hours late. I asked them to focus on dusting the shelves and washing the walls along with the cobweb removal. One person vacuumed the cobwebs and missed a lot of them. The other person swept in corners. An hour and a half later they came upstairs for me to pay. After they left there were cobwebs everywhere and not a single wall washed or surface dusted. They never even used any water. I specifically asked them to wash the stairway and the cleaning lady said they would. They never touched the area. I hired a cleaning company because I didn't want to spend half a day cleaning the basement. I assumed they were professional and knew what they were doing. I was wrong. They did the easy part (sweep and vacuum) that my daughter and I could have done in 30 minutes. Then they left with me still having to do all the cobwebs, dusting, and wall washing. Absolutely a waste of money!
