Luke was extremely professional. I have used SteamDry for many years and Luke always does an amazing job.

I booked an appointment with steamdry for a move out carpet cleaning because my apartment complex has deals with them. Booking and communication during booking was great. The day of service was supposed to be 8/28 between 10-2. The driver contacted me twice and I missed both calls due to working. I immediately called him back about 30 minutes later. Spoke to the driver and was told I’d have to reschedule. Hindsight I absolutely own up to my error in missing the initial call that they were 30 minutes out. So I called to reschedule honestly frustrated and was told I may not get rescheduled until Tuesday which would not work for me. I spoke to Brittany who tried getting me back on the schedule. Eventually I was added again but with an unknown timeframe which was fine. I also added my mom phone number in the event I couldn’t get the call. Then my mom calls me NOT SteamDry to tell me that they couldn’t do it because the driver didn’t have a portable unit. Also the driver asks my mother if she has the money to pay? Rude like yes we were paying. SMH Remember I said steamdry has deals with my apartment complex so they KNEW I was in an apartment building. SMH this was a very exhausting and unfortunate experience. I won’t be booking ever again.

Angel and Alex were quick, respectful, and wonderful to work with. Our house looks fantastic and smells great after the recent issues with sewer back ups here in Milwaukee.

WOW! We had a sprinkler pipe burst on the second floor of an apartment building. Water EVERYWHERE. I called for an emergency extraction, and about an hour later they had 10 guys in the building extracting water from the hallways, and some apartments! Thank you all so much, the damage could have been 10 times worse if all of you you guys hadn't responded so quickly.

Absolutely satisfied with the results, wish I would have took some before pictures. But they did an amazing job. Prices was reasonable to.

My carpets were in bad shape. The guys were great. They went above and beyond to get my carpets clean. Very happy with the job they did.🙂

From the initial quote/contact to the cleaning, SteamDry did not disappoint and I will be calling them again!

We were hit with the crazy rain storm couple days ago as well as the rest of Milwaukee county. I saw the steam dry truck out front at a neighbors home and they recommended them.

I called the office for a service and they got us in the same day. I can’t say this enough but they were life savers. Pumped out almost 200 gallons of water out of our basement.

Patrick D. Was our technician and he was nothing short than AWESOME!!! He walked us through the process, with the outmost professionalism. He answered all our questions as this was our first flooding ever as being homeowners for nine years. He was very respectful, caring, and outright a very knowledgeable guy. If I could give him 100 stars I would!

This company knows what they’re doing and we would recommend them to anyone.

Won’t even attempt to get crayon or washable markers out of carpet---

Your reply is a bit aggressive. This is my recommendation of your company, get over it. Wimmer used a different company that was able to get 10 months worth of stains out of the carpet. My kids had their fun making that carpet their canvass with their WASHABLE markers and crayons lol unless crayola changed something that I dont know about. Unfortunately for you, there would be no business if people kept their carpets perfectly clean at all times so what a weird way to respond 😂. Here are a few of the pictures of the "UNREMOVABLE" stains so your future clients can know what you were unable to remove. Have a great day 😁

If you cant clean these stains then I dont know maybe your in the wrong business.

I love your diligence replying and researching. It’s commendable… my only wish is that you were as diligent when it came to cleaning our carpet. 500 5 star reviews shows me that your company is doing everything they should to keep people happy… still not sure why you all dropped the ball over at that apartment, probably a way for both businesses to benefit. But I don’t know most businesses do honest work. I also think it’s weird that you all are associated with a apartment complex like who am I talking to here, wimmer or steamdry? Very unprofessional on both ends! And WEIRD 🤣anyways…. It’s one review. Take it with a grain of salt. You can’t change the way that I feel, if you don’t like people getting on here and reviewing your company then take yourself off Google. Darwon and his team were outstanding. They worked so fast to extract all the water and pull out Carpet after our recent flood. Beyond caring and professional. They saved us in a time when we felt helpless. Best service and beyond pleased.

Torrance at SteamDry Restore did a wonderful job with the carpet cleaning and odor removal. The results were excellent, and I would definitely recommend their service to others.

Sean did a nice job cleaning our carpet and stairs. He was very courteous and professional. Didn't take very long to get the job done.

They are friendly, thorough, and reliable!! I have been using them for over three years now. I have little dogs that like to have little accidents. All the stains have come out!!

Steam Dry came to clean our lower level carpet & did an excellent job. Four days later we reached out to them @ 2am when the entire lower level flooded. We were able to get on a waitlist @ that time. They came later that day & took care of water removal & restoring our space. We cannot praise them highly enough!!

My basement was flooded and had a bad smell, due to the flood. Michael and his son Caleb came to my home and did an outstanding job! Everything was explained in detail as to what had to be done and the amount of time it would take. They brought in fans to help dry the carpet and when they returned they gave my basement a through cleaning. Their professionalism, attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Not to mention it's a family owned company. I'm very impressed and would highly recommend their services and the Price is Right.

Great experience. Professional, thorough, friendly and efficient technicians, arrived on time. Very very pleased with everything carpet looks great. Highly recommend will use them again.

I would have given 5 stars, but I paid $50 extra (supposedly a deal - normally $80) for double cleaning to clean high traffic areas. There are a few areas that are still a little dark (beige carpet). Otherwise, the carpet looks great and the 2 men that came out were very professional and friendly.

The gentleman was on time, polite and very honest. Not always the case I have found with other carpet cleaning companies. He did not sell me services I did not need nor try to talk me into them. I will definitely use them again.
