I read some of the complains they seemed to be very extreme. Obviously contingencies happen as we are all humans. But what is important is how Errund deals with it - Errund lets me know early if possible, finds replacement and offers some credit to me.

The holidays were around the corner and most cleaners were busy so I could not find anyone. I panicked until my friend called errund and booked me a service. They charged $30 instead of the $25 some reviews mentioned I guess a hike in last minute fees, but the cleaners showed up and did their job. thank you

A OK. Been using them for 2 years and still using them today. Sometimes cleaners are late or have contingencies but don't we always. What matters is Errund has plan A,B,C to make it work again around my schedule!

We used Errund for our office cleaning. They charge at a reasonable rate of $25/hr and have consistently provided quality service for 3 years now. Highly recommended

No one showed up for our 10am appointment despite our calls to confirm the day before, an hour before since we didn't see anyone assigned to us yet that morning, an hour after no one showed up by 11am, and the next few hours of no-show. Not a reliable service, recommend a firm who will arrive when requested, or contact you if they will not be showing up per the arrangements made a few days earlier.

I wasn’t sure about errund having read a few negative review even those majority of the reviews are good ones because i am pessimist. I decided to give it a try anyway because i was desperately in need of a cleaner the next day lol. The results were great! I think those who complained somehow failed to read their cleaning checklist and think they will get a complete new house. Let’s be real. Anyway I recommend errund.

They have a well deserved F rating on the BBB website! Absolutely awful company with the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. They take advantage of people with disabilities! THIS IS 2019! WHO DOES THAT!?

The cleaner cancelled twice and Errund charged me BOTH TIMES anyway (INCLUDING HER TIP). I have been texting, calling, emailing, and even went to the BBB (which they even lied to the BBB rep) for over TWO MONTHS now and though they admit they owe me a refund - they won't give it back.

They are just plain cruel if they think this is an ok way to treat other people. STAY AWAY!!!

This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. I booked a recurring service a week ago. The website said I should get assigned someone and would get confirmation 48 hours prior. I should have known there would be issues when I didn't get confirmation. Today, they did not show up at the time they were supposed to. I checked the website and still didn't have anyone assigned. I called and left a voicemail. Someone immediately texted me back from the same number I called. They said that someone had called in sick. This seemed like a cover to me because clearly they had not assigned someone yet. They ended up finding someone. She clearly brought a friend with her and not someone who normally cleans houses so I inquired about this. They asked that I "please let her clean" and to check her review. She had 1 review five start review but no text to accompany it. And there was no information regarding the person who accompanied her. I was simply letting them know about this and the person I was texting accused me of discrimination. The woman ended up doing a nice job, but I would NEVER use Errund again and would warn anyone against using it.

My Wife and I recently bought a condo and the previous owners left it completely disgusting. They had a dog and there was dog hair everywhere, plus they had NEVER done a deep cleaning. The refrigerator was a mess and the baseboards were stuck with grime. Errund was able to quickly schedule our appointment with very little notice. After errund cleaners came, the place looks SO MUCH better and livable. THANK YOU LADIES!

All of my experiences with Errund has been positive. The process of hiring a cleaning professional is super easy and I love the fact that I can book one day in advance. The system is easy and reliable. I definitely recommend.

Sergio and Brandon delivered outstanding carpet cleaning service. They were both professional and thorough, leaving my carpets looking brand new. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they were careful to address all of my concerns. I was highly satisfied with their work ethic and the fantastic results. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Antonio did an incredible job. He didn’t mind my two small dogs being an annoyance and he explained the process step-by-step before he started. He gave me the opportunity to ask questions and was very professional and polite. It was worth taking a day off work to stay home and have my carpet cleaned. Luke is best. - Went way beyond! Even Cleaned up hot cocoa I spilled in unscheduled room while he was here!!! Yikes! This was on a light beige carpet that has never looked clean for 4 years! Nothing worked. Not till this company! Carpet now truly like brand new Luke would not give up on even a small stubborn spot. Saved me the expense of replacing our carpet throughout entire house. Thank you so very much!

Best carpet job that we’ve had in years. I am a mom of 5 so you can imagine the wear on my carpet. These guys did and awesome job especially on the stairs. Shout out to Derwin and Curtis for their quality work, professionalism and punctuality!!

Last time: Tuesday, November 10th, 2020: Today Torrance & Darwon cleaned my carpeted steps & apartment sooo beautiful, I have to thank them for their knowledge & expertise!! Google won't let me write another review, so I put this one on with the prior review, back a year ago, in 2019. They are both polite and down to business! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Amazing, just amazing. I chose this company to clean my Mom's carpet in her independent senior apartment with a 5 X 7 area rug based on the Google reviews that I read. I thought to myself how does any company get a collective rating of 5 stars with hundreds of reviews. I started by reading a few of the Google reviews and then clicked on their website. Their website allows you to get an immediate cost estimate and I was able to choose the day for the service and a 3 hour window when they would arrive. I chose a Tuesday between 9am and noon. The next business day I was contacted by a really pleasant person from SteamDry. She asked me questions about the service details of Mom's apartment and about the carpeting. After answering a few questions she came back with a lower cost than the estimate on their Website. Who doesn't like to save a few dollars? I was given confirmation that a 2 person crew was going to arrive between 9am and noon on Tuesday morning. Guess what. The crew called me about 8:25am on Tuesday morning and told me that they were in-route and that they will be at Mom's apartment at 9am. Then, they called me again at 8:50am saying that they arrived at the main entrance to the building and that they would be up shortly. Tony and Nick from SteamDry were knocking on Mom's apartment door at 9am, sharp. Seriously, at 9am, sharp. They looked over Mom's carpet and the location of Mom's apartment to their van. They determined that they could use the equipment in their van and would not need to use a portable carpet cleaning machine. Now, this is what blew me away. Mom lives on the 4th floor of a senior apartment building. That is a long way up there from the ground. But, SteamDry had hoses that reached from their company van in the parking lot up four stories into Mom's entire apartment. Those hoses delivered the hot cleaning water / solution and another parallel hose that extracted the dirty water back into their van down four stories to the ground. They sprayed the areas of Mom's carpet with what I think I remember them saying was electrostatic water which is their pre-cleaning solution. They arrived knocking on the door at 9:00am and at 9:50am they were completely finished and were back in their van. The carpet looked amazing. Both Tony and Nick were pleasant, personable, professional and respectful. This company is the real thing. You just read another 5 star review.
