Rude and disrespectful. I was treated very unprofessionally and hung up on while trying to set up an appointment. Then mysteriously my groupon voucher was some how redeemed. Groupon refunded me!!

If I could leave no stars I would. If you have all day to wait for them, they're your guys. After waiting for four hours and not having them return any of my phone calls, I told them not to bother coming.

This the second time I've had my carpet cleaned by total cleaning. Both times he did a really good job. He was on time a professional.

They returned my call to set up the appointment but when I complained that they never showed up or called to tell me they were running late they responded that I had given them a wrong number. How did they call me before?! Liars, cheats. I paid in advance and got ripped off. DO NOT USE!!!
