Derrick was a hour late to the cleaning. He cleaned in a very general manor. One type of cleaner for entire place and he was very general in his cleaning practice. He did not clean base boards, windows, blinds, or bathroom tub. I bought a deal on groupon and he told me his regular rates are actually less then groupon. I guess he doesn't know the point of groupon.

Derrick did a great job on cleaning my property. I was impressed on how professional he was and how he went the extra mile. My place is spotless, I will most definitely be using Total Cleaning Solutions again!

Used a Groupon for 2.5 hours of cleaning on a tiny empty apartment. I gave him instructions to focus on the kitchen & bathroom, using any left over time to wipe the windows. He was late showing up. When we showed up later to assess the cleaning, the fridge & stove top were wiped down. Nothing else was done. Called him to nicely bring it up, he hung up. Sent a text, "Great customer service to hang up on a polite paying customer." He responded back by saying, "Get a life loser." Contacted Groupon, got a refund. DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!

My husband and I had a similar experience to the other reviews posted. He showed up with the wrong equipment. He left some carpeted areas of our home soaked - these areas took about a week to dry. We had to tear out the carpeting in one of the bedrooms because it was starting to smell like mold/mildew. When my husband called Derrick to tell him about the damage, he completely denied our claims, said he had no other complaints and then hung up the phone. He will no longer answer any of our calls. Do NOT book any services with this place!

This was the most unprofessional and frustrating situation we have ever had. We had purchased a Groupon for carpet cleaning. First Derek called after our scheduled appointment time to say he had equipment problems and couldn't make it. After rescheduling for the following Mon, he was a no-call, no- show. My husband finally reached him on Tues and he said he would be there at 5, didn't get there til almost 6pm. He ended up leaving his garbage and more stains than were initially there. Not only that, the place where he left his machine soaked through and took over a week to dry. That area ended up with $400 worth of damage under the carpet through to the wood underneath. When we contacted Derek, he denied even being here and then hung up on my husband. He will not take any more of our calls. So we are left with carpet worse than before and an additional $400 expense to fix this. Do not use this company!!!

I had requested for this company to come and give me a quote for a window cleaning service 4 times a year.
He asked me to text message the address, so I did.
The following morning i called him, and the owner responded to the phone at 9:30am and sounded like he just woke up, yelled at me sounding upset and acted like he never received the text he requested from me, than just hung up on me like if he was arguing with his boyfriend or something.
I get the impression that this person doesn't like to work and is lazy. That's ok if that's his choice in life, but don't have a bad attitude with others for no reason, especiallyif its your customer!
In the end, I'm glad I did not hire this kind of person for my building!

I purchased a Groupon and called to schedule an appointment. My call was returned quickly and an appointment was made for three days later. Received a phone call one hour before our 9 a.m. scheduled appointment to confirm, and showed up on time. Derrick was very professional and asked me all of the right questions and gave me a great price on additional cleaning of my sectional sofa outside of the Groupon purchased. He was very personable and extremely easy to talk to. Would definitely utilize his services again in the future.

I contacted Total cleaning solutions from the red book here in Milwaukee and I didn't know what to expect however I was blown away by the professionalism and commercial equipment! My carpet was left spotless and lovely I am so thankful and I will be a returning customer he also cleaned my sofa with commercial equipment and did an amazing job for a very affordable price highly recommended

He was very professional, he got me in really quick for an appointment, he got my carpet really cleaned, I recommend using his service. I will continue calling him when I need his services. 5 stars.

Do NOT hire this business to do your landscaping. I wanted some landscaping around a tree in my yard and the job was done horribly.
I signed a contract stating what was to be done.
1. He took the measurements for the rubber and then said he did not have enough rubber to go around the project. The contract stated that he was to put rubber down.
2. The edging for the area is not clean and neat.
3. I gave hime a $25 deposit just as he asked. The job wasn't complete so I offered to pay him some of the money and the rest after it was finish.
3. He then complained that he felt he was being ripped off. I had to remind him, "You gave me the price, and I'm paying what you asked for.
He complained about how hard the work was.
4. He said he would come back and finish the work. He came back, but the quality was still horrible. It was obvious that he didn't know what he was doing.
5. He dug up some of the grass not all of it.
6. SO I have mulch on top of grass
6. He did not clean up the dirt entirely. Some of it was left in my yard
7. He violated my privacy by posting pictures of my yard without my permission.
8. I called him to tell him to please not tell people he is a landscaper and to tell him about what was hiding under the mulch, he hung the phone up on me.
9. Everyone knows that I am a public figure in this city, not to mention I was a member of the biggest gang in the state. He could have easily gotten referrals to sustain his business if his work ethic and quality of work were up to par.

Pricing wise is very good $26/hr for a one time service that you can book with 24 hours notice

God knows what I didn't find errund earlier. Makes my life so much easier with the online management and customer service. give it a try and you will like it

after you schedule the service no one confirms whether they are coming or not, no one in the customer care responds to your calls,emails,etc. worst customer experience i have ever seen . not at all recommended these guys waste your time. DON'T EVER USE ERRUND for cleaning services

I signed a 6 month contract with Errund so that I can have the same cleaner. They did a great job and I just extended our contract for a year.

Horrible customer service. Their online system failed to book my reservation and when I called to enquire, the customer rep was unhelpful. He suggested that I could pay them more money for a same day booking appointment. I'll take my business elsewhere.

Errund service was a life saver. I just moved into the city and did not know anyway. Cleaning and unpacking were nervewrecking. I called to ask if they did organization and they confirmed they could do it at the same hourly rate. Thanks girls!
