The service man seemed very nice but he couldn’t speak English. He wasn’t trained correctly. He started blowing dust out of the vents before he hooked up the suction Vac and he got dust everywhere. The company reduced the price but now we will need to hire a cleaning company to clean up after them. So now we have clean ducts and a dusty house.

They are Amazing!! Got me back up and running in -40 below weather!!! Eugene is super!!

i don"t hate the player. i hate the game. but you have got to be kidding. they charged 509.75 for a motor that i found after the fact on google, retails 55.00. seriously? you mark things up to 1000 percent? how can these people sleep at night? probably very comfortably. absurd. the actual install involved 2 plug style electrical connectors and the screwing in of less than a dozen screws. less than 2 hours of labor. the tech was good, except he should have told me before he even brought it over it was going to cost 500 bucks. the prices are egregiously inflated...i guess you really need to do your home work before calling k komfort. they gots no shame.

The furnace stopped working late at night I called at 8 am and by 1pm thay had a tech there. Sean knew what to do and had it fixed quickly.he was friendly and professional.i thought there price for was very fair

Capacitor broke on AC on one of the hottest days of the year. Eugene came out in a couple of hours and replaced it and gave me some great advice on keeping my AC in top condition. Thanks K Komfort!

Just had Aaron from KKomfort perform a yearly tune-up on our central A/C. Very thorough and great explanation of what he did. Very reasonable price through Living Social.

It took them four visits to actually complete the job as there were multiple issues (including our thermostat not working) after they "completed" it the first time. They drilled a hole in our ceiling in the wrong place entirely. Despite repeated requests one of the techs took his mask off repeatedly, included when talking to us. After it was all said and done the product works, but the process left much to be desired and will require us repainting our ceiling.

Coldest day of the season and our boiler stopped. Was 50 degrees inside. Found K Komfort online and they came that morning. They walked me through the problem, quoted fees up front and was done in 30 min. Exemplary customer service and pricing is competitive.

As always, great service. We had a pressure switch on our furnace replaced on January 19, it was done quickly and efficiently quickly, and everything was explained in detail.

Recently i have decided to change my old furnace. After some searches in the internet, K Komfort seemed to me the best company to deal with. And i was not mistaken! Installation was really fast, no garbage after them, no noizes that allowed me to do my own affairs. New furnace looks much better, i am satisfied. Will strongly recomend K Komfort to my friends! Great service, I have had 3 furnaces serviced by them and I think they did a good job- hard to say since I don’t know anything about furnaces. I liked the service from one of the people better than the other.

Called K komfort as our 2nd floor was not getting enough A/C. They came out same day to review the issue. The tech diagnosed the issue and we scheduled a 2nd appt to have a specialist review solutions for the problem.We were given many options to fix the issue at various price points. Slava and his team have been great.
