Had a really good experience with this company tonight. After the recent storm caused sewer water to fill my basement, my water heater was out of commission. This company answered my online request within 30 minutes after hours and made it to my house within an hour. They helped me get my water heater running temporarily while I sort through my insurance claim and they had a lot of useful information for me. Highly recommend!

This owner/ tech that came was Omar. He came to my house after I had asked him to look at my boilers. I thought that a tuneup and cleaning was the same as having them looked at and we pivoted to a diagnostic.
The man talked so far above my understanding level of what was going on with the system, and he seemed upset with the previous technician who had done the work and was very abrupt.
He continued to do the diagnostic, and I told him that I need to step away because I was overwhelmed with what he was saying and later apologized to him for being overwhelmed with the amount of work he said was going to be needed.
He continued the diagnostic and then told me he was unwilling to do the work, I asked for recommendations he was unwilling to give me recommendations on people to do the work and then want3: me to pay $180 x 2 ( duplex) for The diagnostic that I now have no one to do the work on the boilers to actually have it done, so why pay $180 for a diagnostic that he’s unwilling to do the work on. The way he spoke was extremely unprofessional to me and I will admit that I spoke right back at him in the same tone. I told him to bill me and I will be contacting a lawyer to find out if I have to pay that.
Edit to his reply: saving for possible court case on slander.
The fact of the matter, sir, is that I never said one thing to you about your race you’re bringing that up and I am astounded that you’re doing so.
I don’t have words for the way that you treated me and I am sorry that I did get overwhelmed and I did vent to you about the problems I’ve had with this house.
I did step away from you when you spoke down to me multiple times trying to explain something that was so far beyond me and my uneducated Abilities in the field that you’re in.
I did in my review speak very truly that I did reply back to you In the same manner you were speaking towards me.
I did apologize to you for having to step away from you and to collect myself it was not sarcastically. I asked you for your opinions and I thank you for your opinions. I wish that you would’ve been more professional and given recommendations if you were unwilling to do the work . I wish you well but I hope no one else has to ever deal with you acting in this manner.

I've used O&W twice for water heater replacements. Both times have been fantastic. Omer communicated early and often, had appropriate suggestions, was timely, and went above what was required for the job. I'll recommend him to anyone needing similar work.

So let me start this out by saying how Amazing O & W Heating and Cooling Service is! On January 19th 2025 our 14 year old furnace was on & off igniting & Not igniting properly. Kind of had a brain of its own cutting heat off-this week in Wisconsin with the temperature being about a Negative -10 below with the windchill. We thought that he could handle this job and start tinkering our fingers in there WRONG !! So after 4 days of our furnace going with a mind of its own We turned to YouTube we were unsuccessful ..🙄 which for the record we have learned a lot from YouTube regarding different matters..however, I couldn’t take it any longer.. the temperature in our house on day four was approximately 61° I thought I even seen icicles starting from my cat’s nose.. lol . Anyways.. so on the morning of January 23rd @ 7:15 AM I started looking at reviews for a service repair with exceptional ratings. First off, I noticed how 99 % of the reviews for this business said how honest and reliable and basically didn’t take you to the cleaners and sell you other parts that you didn’t need! I also noticed on the reviews how people said how Omer walked you through everything that he was doing and explained everything as he was doing it, so you yourself could learn as well. Well, let me just say that all of the reviews are exactly 1000% true.!! so I called my husband and he said yes let’s go with them. So I called and left a small detailed message of what was going on with my furnace and within 15 minutes or so approximately 7:40 AM I received a phone call and he said he would be here late morning early afternoon. So I continue to keep my little space heater on and prayed to God that he was coming soon. I then received a text message around 11:50 AM saying that the technician was on his way. Woo Hoo!! He pulled up in his gray van and greeted me with a warm smile and we headed down to the basement where the furnace was. I explained to him & showed him exactly everything that my husband and I touched. He then proceeded to explain to me exactly what was wrong with our unit. Just one of our mini problems was Our condensation tube was completely frozen and we had to get some hot water to try and thaw out. I honestly felt sorry for him that he had to try and blow out by mouth one of our condensation tubes that was completely frozen with mini particles of gunk ..Gross 🤮 Also, there was an orange wire I believe it was called a flame sensor, That I had cleaned off. So after being in our home over an hour and all the the work that he had done, he was finally finished. He gave me some simple instructions of what we needed to do to keep our furnace running top notch! This gentleman was extremely kind, very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with the problem or the mini problem’s that we had that could’ve been so much worse. We are so extremely thankful for this company. And the price was extremely reasonable way better than what we had even anticipated!! Also a tip for anybody if you think you know what you’re doing and you’re not a technician…STOP !! And call a professional like O & W Heating and Cooling!! I wish we could give them 10 stars!! We definitely will keep using this company in the future and You Should Too! Again, huge Thank You from the both of us. We are extremely grateful, warm & toasty!!

Omer was great to work with! He answered all of our questions and made our new water heater install stress free! He is very knowledgeable and friendly, I would recommend to anyone!

Had a really great experience with initial repair. Was quoted for a water heater replacement and had to delay the work a few weeks due to some other work that needed to be done first. Upon going back to them to let them know I was ready to schedule the work, they told me I had to sign an agreement, put down a deposit, and I needed to email them a copy of my ID & Credit Card. I said had no issues signing an agreement and paying a deposit but that I wasn't comfortable emailing them a picture of my ID and credit card. I was told by Omer that he thinks it's best if I find another contractor to do the install.

Omar did a great job on the water heater installation. He explained everything he was going to do, and explained how everything works and how to properly take care of it. I would definitely use O & W Heating again.

Thank you Omer for installing my new water heater! If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, personable service tech Omer is your guy. I’m not one to leave reviews, it takes a lot before I’ll take the time but happy to do so in this case!

Omer was great, communicated his estimated time and was on time. He fixed the problem quickly and shared recommendations. If we need a new hot water heater we will only use O&W heating and cooling.
