I couldn't be happier with the service. Brian was super knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue with our heating system and explained the different types of systems offered. I felt so confident with my choice because of him. Kyle did a great job with the installation. The entire crew was top notch!

Omer is very knowledgeable and honest. He works quickly and does what he can to help keep costs down. He’s very quick to respond and answer calls. He’s professional and friendly and we would recommend him to anyone. He even asked to make sure it was OK before he used his vacuum to clean something out because we had a sleeping baby at home.

My husband and I have trusted Omer with O & W Heating and Cooling for the past couple years to do our furnace and A/C tune ups. He always does a thorough job. I really like how he takes the time to explain his work, and he gives very honest advice about whether something really needs to be done, as a priority, or could wait awhile. I never feel like he is trying to sell extra necessary services.
A competitor had a special for slightly less than Omer's price of an A/C tune up but we went with Omer because we trust his work, and that is hard to find! His scheduling is flexible and have never had a problem scheduling work. He arrives on time as indicated and very professional. Highly recommend Omer with O & W.

Our AC went out Friday afternoon before a weekend of all 90+ temperatures. I called O&W and even though I was a new customer, their technician was at my house in under an hour, did a full service on our AC, and had us back up and running the same day. The service was excellent and professional. They took all necessary precautions to make sure our family was safe and cool. I fully plan to use their services in the future.

We heard of O & W Heating and Cooling through our local hardware store. We called them when we had an emergency leaking AC. Omer came out that day, he worked around our work schedule, he did an amazing job locating and fixing the problem. He explained everything he was doing to us so we understood, he gave us great tips for preventative maintenance. We also learned they do a wide variety of repair work on all types of things from Plumbing to Electrical in addition to the Heating/AC. The pricing was fair and the quality was well worth it! We will be using them for many more projects around our new home in the near future. Would highly recommend this company!

My water heater took its last breath today. Within less than hour after calling they returned my called and had someone out to the house to get a quote. Omer left to get a new water heater and less than an hour later was back and within less than two hours had it fully installed and running. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained in great detail all I needed to know. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone and will use them again in the future.

Omer from O & W Heating and Cooling was more than accommodating, he came in first for an issue with our thermostat and we had him install a new furnace and air conditioner. He took the time to explain and show us all the issues with our very old furnace . He was prompt/courteous and install was perfect. We love our new furnace! Would only recommend O & W.

I called O & W Heating after my water heater began leaking. Omer was at my house in 30 minutes. He quickly assessed all my issues and gave me options to fix the problem. New water heater was here within the hour. Very happy with the install and would recommend to others.

Called them to have them come out for water heater diagnostics and repair... They promised they would come out in two hours time, time came and passed.. Received call from Omer asking for address again, called back - no answer so left message with our address.. No call No Show.. Called- No answer... Had my grandpa call them a min after we did, they picked up and said they weren't sending anyone over after promising us someone would come out... UNPROFESSIONAL! We went with someone else who gave us better and professional services and was far more courteous!

You will not find a better HVAC install and repair company. Amazing service and attention to detail at a fair and reasonable cost. Just had them replace our furnace and the experience was great. Excellent communication before, during and after the install. Highly recommend!

We have hired Omer, for over six years, to perform various repairs. He is honest(he tells you what you need and suggests what repairs you might need in the future). Omer is reliable(he has never missed an appointment and he even showed up in bad weather and late hours). His knowledge and skills are extremely vast(furnaces/A.C., electrical/gas, plumbing). We will definitely continue to hire Omer.

Omer recently replaced my hot water heater after my old one stopped working. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, making sure to explain everything that a home owner would need to know about the work he was doing and answer any questions that came up and make recommendations for concerns he spotted that was outside the scope of work. I would definitely use O & W again for future heating and cooling needs.

Omer is fantastic. I received excellent service. He took the time to explain everything to me and clearly is a professional in the industry. The price is more than fair. Since my AC servicing I have hired Omer to install some dampers and have signed up for an annual service package for the furnace and AC. I can't say enough about how nice it was to work with him.

Update - Omer contacted me for my annual fall furnace check. Thank god he did because my furnace was dangerously in bad shape. He installed a new furnace immediately and even offered to work on Sunday. I am so happy with his service I am recommending him to all my friends.

I was grateful to have someone come out the same week. I moved into a new home this fall and was sure our furnace needed a professional inspection/ clean up. Omar is extremely knowledgeable and I feel much more informed about my furnace system; how it works, and more importantly what I can do to maintain it. Really great service, he followed COVID-19 protocols and was clear about those protocols on our initial phone call. We will see Omar this spring to do the same with our A/C unit.

Omer installed a new furnace and hot water heater in 2016 and we have been using him for all our heating/cooling needs since. He always reminds of filter change dates and is quick with scheduling. We needed to have our water heater replaced and contacted O & W. We heard back right away, got an estimate via email, and the very next day our new unit was installed! Omer was personable, thorough, and a total professional. He knows so much about water heaters and plumbing in general, and he took tons of time to explain everything in detail and give us recommendations for DIY repairs and plumbing maintenance. I can not recommend this business more highly! My husband, who is generally a very good handy man, had been trying to solve our air conditioning problems for over a week when I finally insisted on calling a professional. I chose O&W based on google reviews and I couldn't have made a better choice! Omer was here within an hour of me calling, and spent the next two hours diligently walking us through the issues as he saw them and educating us on how to more effectively and efficiently control the climate in our house. We have an unusual set up, with two AC units outside and a number of zones that are controlled independently from one another--I appreciated the way Omer talked us through how some of our habits were affecting our A/C equipment, and not only offering us ways to improve the longevity of our current AC system but explaining WHY those changed habits would make a difference. Omer clearly knows what he is talking about and has a ton of knowledge in this area-- he took his time talking through everything with me and I never felt like he was just trying to sell me on something. Omer visited our house over a week ago and our air conditioning has been working flawlessly since! THANK YOU!!! :)

O&W Heating & Cooling has serviced my AC and Furnace for the past several years providing excellent service and always available when emergency service was required. This year I have replaced the original Goodman furnace installed prior to our purchasing the property in 2004; with a Payne Hi-Efficiency Gas Furnace. The installation went flawlessly without interruption of heating at the beginning of December 2023. Kudos and thanks to Omer for his advice, work ethic, skill and friendship during the removal and installation. looking forward to many seasons of worry free heating.

Omer responds quickly and made it over the same day. He let's you know what's wrong and explains his process before doing work so you feel comfortable knowing what is being done. He fixed our gas dryer and did a descaling flush of our tank less water heater (which he had installed a year earlier) while there he fixed a small leak in my hot water line as well I had just noticed a day or so before calling all in a 2.5 hour visit! Prices seem fair and work has been high quality. I would use his services again.
