I'd like to share a shout out to Air Solutions on Vliet St. Brian came out this morning to take a look at my air compressor unit. Unfortunately, there is no way to repair it and I will have to replace it. Brian is friendly and knowledgeable and is able to do the work I need in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Air Solutions if you need any air conditioning work.

Truly the best service professionals I’ve ever worked with, hands down. Helped understand all of the options when our outdoor AC unit failed to kick on and helped make a decision for the immediate and the distant future that were both cost efficient and financially wise. Will go back to them for heating and cooling needs for as long as we are in the Milwaukee area.

As first time home owners Brian walked us through what he was doing during our fall furnace servicing. He was really informative and provided a ton of useful information. We were happy to find someone in our neighborhood who we can trust with our heating needs! Hopefully we wont need to call often but when we do we are confident he will provide us with great quality work.

Brian and his wife were seriously outstanding! We called the night before due to not having heat with a T three month old in the house and his wife talked me down as a first time mom and reassured me they would do anything they could to help. They got the part right in the morning and came directly over just as stated the night before. They offered to come at any time in the night if the cold got unbearable for us as well.

Once Brian got here he diagnosed the problem and talked us through everything piece by piece. He made it entirely worth every penny spent with them.

We had another company come the day before and everything they told us was wrong. Our heat has now been working since Brian’s fix.

Our AC was not performing very efficiently for a couple of weeks. When the temp outside reached above 90, we decided to call Air Solutions. It was a Saturday and our regular AC people were not responsive. Air Solutions was on-site within 2 hours and was able to diagnose and correct our problem. The price...especially considering the short notice/weekend/emergency service was extremely fair. The technician was kind, professional, thorough, and very detailed. He also shared some tips to save money down the line and increase the life of our heating & air system.

I recently purchased a duplex and wanted my furnaces tuned up prior to winter. Both systems are 33 years old, so I was preparing to be told they were not in good condition and would need to repaired or replaced. Kevin from Air Solutions came out to perform the service. He was very thorough. He let me watch and took the time to educate me on how my furnaces worked. Kevin gave both systems a clean bill of health. I am so happy I found a company that is honest. I will definitely be calling Air Solutions for any future HVAC needs.

Air Solutions has a great team. We use them for annual tune-ups and they also did an awesome job installing a vented microwave that they had to duct to the exterior through an old brick wall. The final install looks great and works well. We’re very happy. Solid communication throughout the process and they always show up on time.

UPDATE (10/9/23): Air Solutions (Brian) was back today for an issue with my furnace. Got us up and running in less than an hour. Top notch, friendly service at a very fair price! Highly recommended!

As a general contractor, I have worked with many excellent people in the trades. Brian from Air Solutions was outstanding. This job was a kitchen remodel which required the removal of a load bearing wall. Every cavity had heating ducts that had to be moved. This job required someone who was creative and had vision as to how this could be accomplished. Brian
does incredible work, on time, within stated budget, and with great results. A true professional!!!

Brian was AMAZING! He came out very quickly and walked me through the whole process of how he was going to be able to figure out a leak and gave me every option. Our heat went out during a particularly cold week and on Christmas. Air Solutions actually responded on a holiday and got us on the calendar for next day service. Brian was super knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain the issues and laid out a plan/timeline of what we should do next to avoid further issues.

I was referred to Air Solutions by my parents. Brian had done work for them recently (And in the past for both of us, with a different company). It was nice to get reacquainted with him and the new company. He was timely, professional, courteous, friendly, honest and efficient. He spoke to me in terms I understood and was upfront with a quote before he even began repairs. Even getting the appointment set up was a breeze. Great experience overall! I would definitely recommend him and Air Solutions for anyone's HVAC needs.

Air Solutions is replacing my 33-year-old furnace, and I honestly couldn't be happier to have them do it. Brian and Kevin are super knowledgeable about the work that they do, and at every step walked me through what was going on and what needed to happen to get me up and running for the winter. They talked to me like an adult, and were honest throughout the entire process. Ultimately we had to pull the trigger on a replacement, but they've put their best effort into keeping that expense at bay for the years I've had them handle annual checkups, so I fully trust that they're operating in my best interest now.

Just had a new HVAC system installed by Air Solution today. Kevin and Brien did a great job on removal of my old system and install of my new one. The job was well done and looks great. I like the fact that they took their time to do a nice job on my new system and not fast to get to the next job. I would highly recommend Air Solutions to my friends or anyone else who asks. I had 6 other bids and glad I went with them. They will have all of my tuneup and service needs in the future. JOB WELL DONE.

We just bought our first home. We wanted to make sure our HVAC system worked without any future surprises. Brian came out even though Kevin was scheduled to look at our system. Both were very professional and thorough. Both made us feel like friends giving friends advice on how to proceed. In my opinion, a big company will not make that very important connection. This is a small family company with a lot of heart. That type of personal connection is rare these days. I will trust my family's comfort and safety to Brian and Kevin.

Brian was amazing. He explained what he was doing and assessing throughout and gave us both a repair or a replacement option. He came after hours on a very hot day. We were very appreciative and his experience was evident. Very highly recommend Brian and Air solutions for HVAC services.

Went out of town Labor Day weekend and came back to the house with no A/C working and it was 87 inside. I called and they wanted $250 to come out Labor Day so I waited a day when the service call was $89. Brian was on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose a failed capacitor. He explained everything as he was working on it and had it back up in 15 minutes. He also tested the refrigerant and gave it a once over as I have never done any maintenance or had a check up on the unit in 15 years. Got a $40 discount as well. Very happy I called them and Brian was very professional.

Brian and his team are fantastic! Quick to respond and very professional. I called to get our AC fixed, and they were able to get me scheduled for that same day. Brian diagnosed and repaired the problem, quickly and reasonably. Definitely my go to company for all things HVAC!

When I called Air Solutions Heating and Cooling (at 4 AM on a Sunday morning) I was suprised to hear a pleasant human answer the phone! Kira reviewed common furnace issues and easy fixes before scheduling an appointment. Brian arrived a few hours later. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He was able to diagnose and fix my furnace problem quickly. He also took the time to review and reset my furnace settings to ensure optimal air flow. I had confidence in Air Solutions as Brian had installed a new air conditioner for me in August of 2020. At that time my AC was 25 years old. Brian provided me with options for a repair vs replacement. I received the same outstanding service and competative pricing (I had checked competitor's pricing before the call). I highly recommend Air Solutions.

Yeah, 5 stars is right! On time, on budget and professional from start to finish. As far as I'm concerned the team from Air Solutions is the Gold Standard when it comes to cool -- really coming through for this little old lady with a cat when the a/c went out. Accurate and timely communication for tech arrival windows with fast invoicing through their on-line platform. Highly recommend!
