The team showed up on time, worked diligently and efficiently to replace two furnaces. They cleaned everything up and were very informative and friendly. The entire experience was great.

Our old Carrier AC unit was at it's end of life and we had three companies come out to give an estimate. Not only did RJ give us the best price, but informed us about other factors that other companies neglect to tell the consumer, inflating that cost. I truly appreciated their honesty. They did an amazing job and were quick with the installation! Thank you very much!

We requested 4 estimates to help resolve our issue of poor heat in a room with undersized baseboard. RJ, and Julius in particular are the only ones that didn’t try to sell us a new boiler to fix our problem. We’re very glad we ended up going with them as the solution they recommended works very well and the old beast keeps up just fine!

We recently had a need for a furnace quite quickly as the heat went out during the coldest weather this year. Brian came to the house to repair the furnace. We found out it was beyond repair and was emitting CO2 in the house and could of been deadly. He explained everything to us. Within the week we had a new furnace in place. Everyone from the service guy (Brian), installers (Josh and I cannot remember the others name), and Angie in the office went above and beyond to help us out. I would recommend RJ heating to anyone looking for a new HVAC system or repair of the current system. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I can't say enough good things about this company. First contact to make the appointment was pleasant. We needed ductwork reconfigured for a remodeling project. Julius had to do some creative ductwork design to make it happen. His expertise and experience were invaluable. And, the cost was very reasonable.

Had RJ heating install a new furnace and heat pump back in June 2024. They've been doing the maintenance since and everything runs great.

I was very impressed with the estimate involving Julius. It was refreshing to have someone who had experience with the work come out for an estimate, instead of essentially a salesman that we got from the other 3 companies we got quotes from. The quote from RJ was the most reasonable.

Scheduling the install was easy, Angie helped us out with rescheduling when something popped up, and worked to get us a different model of furnace so we'd qualify for an additional rebate (even though the Carrier distributor tries not to sell that particular model for some reason).

Install was smooth, carried out by Justin and Mason. They were timely and clean. Justin was great with our small dog, who likes to supervise work being done around the house.

Highly recommend! Only thing that could be improved was if they decided to become an IRA registered contractor, as customers may qualify for additional rebates, but even without the extra rebates they were still the best priced. Definitely worth getting a quote from if you're looking to have work done!

Be cautious with this company. They have a plumbing department that is ran by 1st and 2nd year apprentices. If you dont believe me when they come over to your home to sell you a water heater ask them to show you there state issues credentials. Its a law to have them anytime your working in your trade. State of wisconsin says a apprentice cant operate alone with a journeyman supervision. Consider that before they con you into a sale.

He was very friendly and appeared to be helpful, however he shared the part i needed was on back order for 2.5 weeks and that I would need to buy a new furnace. I called another HVAC repair shop and they came out, called around and found the needed part and had it replaced within the hour. Don't trust west allis heating and cooling.

Marques Hill was very informative and motivating in explaining options for my dinette light fixture and wall switch installation well as helping me to make good decisions in replacing one of my bathroom exhaust fans.
It pays to talk to an expert such as Mr. Hill to gain the knowledge and clarify decisions.

Paid over $10000 for a tankless water heater in Nov. Having all sorts of water pressure, volume issues. The tech Noah was great but the company has no follow through. I was told someone will get back to me after the service call on 1/30 and no one did. I have called two times this week and was told someone will get back to me and still no one got back to me.

Had a gentleman stop out in Wauwatosa today. The homeowner was worried about some paint bubbling "because" of the exhaust from outside caused by the furnace process. Thank you for stopping out in a timely matter first off was with in time alloyed. Then, he did what he could to fix within code and he also took time to thoroughly explain what he had done and also explained additional thoughts on the matter. Basic things but also things that are overlooked a lot of times with other companies. Thank you very much for checking them off the way you guys do. Thank you very much WAHC!!

We needed a new water heater and West Allis Heat and Plumbing was ready to help us the same day. Justan was excellent at communicating with us about timing of his arrival as well as how long the service would take. He answered all our questions in easy to understand answers. Daniel did a fantastic job on our piping replacement. He tested everything before he left to make sure that it worked properly. He cleaned up the floor as best he could with it being a little damp. I highly recommend this business.

We had an emergency situation where our furnace stopped working properly on a very cold day over a holiday. We were especially worried as we have a two-year-old and a 3-month-old at home. We contacted West Allis expecting there to be no technicians available or only available for exorbitant fees. Fortunately, that was not the case and they sent out a technician, Jim, to help us out. Jim came out very quickly and communicated his timeline clearly. His good communication extended to the service call itself. He was very friendly and explained things well. We found the cost of the replacement parts and labor to be very reasonable, especially compared to what we expected to pay. Jim was also great around our dog as well. Our furnace was back up and running by later that day. Overall, a very positive experience for what could have been a dangerous situation for our kids.
