The folks at RJ Heating and Air Conditioning are the BEST! The owner himself, Julius, helped us pick out the right furnace when it was installed years ago and took the time to answer all of our questions. We just had the need for a repair and they handled it beautifully! The person that took my call was able to fit me into the already busy schedule, and the technicians were right on time! They diagnosed the issue and had the part ready for installation in a day! Joe came to install it and had the furnace good as new in no time! He was right on time, friendly, was thorough to make sure the issue was resolved, and did a great job! Thank you, RJ Heating and Air Conditioning!

Rj Heatting has serviced our homes for over 30yrs starting with my mother in laws home. They are professional, reliable, and just do good work!

I appreciated the fact that the RJ technician spent most of his time educating me about my air conditioning system that I had inherited when I bought my condo. He made recommendations for future service needs, but did not pressure me to schedule the work. He was unhurried and clear in his explanations. And he was friendly.

Our furnace broke down over the Thanksgiving weekend, with temperatures dropping into the teens. The owner came to service the equipment and installed a new circuit board. These folks are friendly and efficient and have always done an exceptional job serving our equipment. I recommend the maintenance agreement which covers annual service for heating and cooling. If something breaks down, you only have to pay for parts. Thanks for the great service!

I have always had honest, quality service from RJ Heating and Air. I recommend homeowners join the Comfort Club Membership! Just had the need to have a emergency call this Saturday for AC not cooling. 24/7 Phone service connected me with staff member (Julius) and he was at my Cedarburg home within 45 minutes. Exceptional......had repair service on a holiday Saturday morning (no heat). Owner of JR fixed our problem. Dependable, knowledgeable, and very personable; and because we have a "Comfort First" membership, there was no service call fee, and part that we needed for the repair was at cost. JR installed furnace/air 2003, and have provided service since that installation. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE...............

Unbelievable difference from the first company I called. The other company quoted $12-14,000 for boiler replacement, or $6500 repair. I called RJ’s and they replaced a few parts and it was running as good as new for about $700. What a price difference!!! Owner is very knowledgeable and doesn’t pressure you into anything. Very happy with the tech who came out to do the work too-he answered all of my questions and recommended maintenance for the next cold season.

RJ Rockstars! Every single person I interacted with went above and beyond to help me. They squeezed me in for a same-day appointment and even tried a less expensive fix before recommending a replacement. They were upfront about pricing and availability, too.

They pushed my appointment up and completed the installation early because they genuinely cared. And, they did it all on a scorching Friday afternoon, right before a long holiday weekend. I can't express enough how great this company is to work with—highly recommend!

Highly Recommend! Our boiler went out on a single digit day. They were able to get a technician, Brian, within a couple of hours. Brian was extremely friendly and thorough. Explained everything including cost. Was able to fix same day at a very reasonable price. Brought our 46yr old boiler back to life!

Have a family room with lots of windows. Too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter. Called RJ company (a friend of mine had a new furnace put in and loved them!), the owner Julius came out to estimate what we needed, and the new Carrier ductless mini-split system was just installed this week. We love it and could not have picked a finer company to work with. Thank you, office staff and crew! Would highly recommend.

Fixed our HVAC issues with zoning. $2500 cheaper than the first quote we received. Julius and his team are nothing short of amazing. Very transparent and honest. As an aside: Julius called me at noon on a Saturday (five days after job completion) just to stop by for five minutes and make sure everything was running properly.

These guys are fantastic. A local company that leads with honesty, integrity, and directness. After getting an outrageous quote from a big name HVAC company, we called RJ and they immediately relieved our stress. Isaac and Oliver were great technicians who replaced our furnace. They were both friendly, professional, and straightforward about the work being done. We will be using RJ in the future for HVAC work and recommending them to our friends and family in the area.

Wonderful, friendly office staff, and the techs are top notch. Very professional, knowledge able. My furnace was blowing cold air. A tech, Brian, came over and was able to get the other burners to light and I had heat. Max came on Monday with a new ignition switch. Unfortunately that did not work in part due to the age of ny furnace 34 years. I ordered a new furnace on Mon. Dec 23 and on Dec 26, a new furnace was installed.. love RJ Heating.

Wouldn’t recommend took a whole month to give estimate communication sucks called to schedule the service but they wasn’t sure if it would be a 1-2 day job but gave estimate 24 hours later still don’t know called to see if I can get an emergency service due to my heat is not working now I have to be a member but ur 24 hours with emergency calls unbelievable service waste of time communication is horrible great price tho if they had communication they probably would of worked out called to cancel my appointment they can careless why smh
