AC went out. Gave them a call. On the phone they were polite and friendly. Had a tech at my door almost 20 minutes later. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Plus a funny guy to chat with. Totally recommend!

Julius came and repaired my AC. I was quoted $8900 for replacing it from another company even with their diagnostic tech charging me to say replace it. So happy to find an HONEST guy! You're awesome and I will refer everyone to you!

Justin & Mason did a wonderful job installing our new AC condenser. They were both super friendly and knowledgeable in their work. I would definitely recommend their services to all.

I heard this company’s ad over the radio just when I needed it most! I gave them a call and the staff members who spoke to me today were down right amazing!!! Our tech arrived; inspected our furnace and got everything we needed to get the job done right the first time! This has got to be the best HVAC business in the Milwaukee area. The family owned operation is focused on customer service and standing by their products/service at all times. We had some ducting issues preventing optimal flow of our new A/C unit and the owner, Julius, personally troubleshot the difficult issue for countless hours until it was resolved. You don’t get that level of service most anywhere else these days.

Excellent and very timely service! We especially appreciate Julius’ patience and concern. He returned calls when we had questions, and walked us through the entire process, right down to programming the thermostat. His installers, Gary and Joe, were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable, plus they did a good job of cleaning up.

We had interviewed 5 companies, and RJ topped them all! We look forward to continued excellent service!

Excellent experience. No one likes to have to spend a lot of money on HVAC, but RJ's didn't try to oversell me, gave me just what I needed at a good price and fast service. Tech team that came for install was professional and cleaned everything before they left. My neighbor recommended them to me and I will most certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

As a professional handyman, this is the only heating and cooling company I will recommend to my clients and neighbors. Best price and above all customer service and professionalism. Thought we were looking at a new furnace based on another company’s diagnosis. Julius came over for a quote but also grabbed his tool bag and within minutes had the furnace running. I’m sure the furnace will be going as it has some age…BUT NOT TODAY! When it does, I’m going to RJs Heating and Cooling. RJ’s has a customer for life.

THSRES A REASON WHY THEY ARE SO HIGHLY RATED AND I AM SOOO GLAD I CALLED. I bought a new to me home. It used to be a duplex but is now a single family home. The furnaces were between 15 and 20 years old. There was no ac. I got multiple quotes and rjs was the most competitive. Even if it wasn't the most competitive I still would have gone with them. Outstanding customer service. Worked quickly and efficiently. New home now has an awesome high efficiency furnace and ac. It also has new ductwork because what I had was hot garbage and the wrong size and they walked me through why it truly needed to be changed out. After all was said and done...Julius took my wife through and showed her the new thermostats and how they work, the zoning and how it works, and they cleaned up and made it look like they were never there. A+ attitude effort and results. Highly highly recommend.

We've never had Central Air before so the process worried us, but R&J Cooling and Heating made it really easy for us! They quoted us the best price and did top notch work, the central air worked great!

I had an issue where I noticed a few days after install that our heat wasn't working any longer.

Now, I don't know when the heat last worked (it is the middle of the Summer), so I don't know whether or not the technician was at fault, should have noticed the issue, or caused it, but the owner came out and troubleshooted the issue. Turns out it was our thermostat.

He insisted that the technician should have at least caught it and admitted it as their fault; on top of that he said there would be no charge for this service.

We contacted R&J Cooling directly and had no issues, whatsoever. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and on-time.

At the end of the day, we're only human and we all make mistakes. I think, as a company, it's how you handle those mistakes that really sets you apart from the rest.

I recommend R&J Cooling 100% and will more than likely use them again for my next house. 10/10!

They did a great job and could not have had better customer service. Several months later my thermostat stopped working with a power error, I was unable to turn my heat on with cool weather in the low 30s on the horizon. Julius personally came out and was able to resolve the issue. RJ Heating's exceptional customer service is what sets them apart from their competitors and, based on my experiences, it is safe to say RJ Heating has gained me as a customer for life.

I recently bought an old house with no ducts or central air, so I decided to get ductless ac installed. RJ heating and air conditioning were able to get me a quote and a plan immediately, and scheduled installation just a week or so later. Everything was installed quickly and professionally within the allotted time frame. The installer s were friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions about how to use and maintain the system. Everything is working great! All-in-all a great experience!

R & J handled everything quickly and professionally after my external A/C unit had been vandalized. I wouldn’t have even noticed it if not for their routine service visits! Within a week of discovering the vandalism, they had worked with my insurance company and had a replacement unit installed. Highly recommend them for professionalism, curtesy, and efficiency!

I was really worried about having to replace my old 25 year+ air conditioning unit until I got to RJ Heating and AC. I have seen their trucks all over the North Shore but never had the opportunity to deal with them. All I can say now is. Wow! What a great family organization. Extremely fair pricing, no high pressure upselling and fantastic service. The two young men that came here were so accommodating and professional. I was so impressed I immediately signed up for their maintenance membership( another great deal!). If I could give more than 5 stars I would, but RJ is by far the best contractor I have ever used in over 35 years of home ownership.

I would give RJ heating 100 stars if I could. I have been using them for over 25 years and have made tons of referrals. My friends and family that have used them have also been so happy with this choice. Many get multiple estimates and RJ heating is always chosen. Not only is the quality of there workmanship excellent but their installers are friendly and informative. I have used them on my personal residence in Brookfield as well as my rentals all over Milwaukee and West Allis. They have saved me many times. They really are the best!!!!

I called their emergency line for an emergency of course, the lady mentioned someone would call me and send someone out, cool no problem. I never received a call and they also wouldn’t give me pricing when I asked even though at this point it didn’t matter I needed someone to go out to my rental property.

They finally called back the next day, when I said I called yesterday the lady didn’t care and said well you figured it out. I was appalled by that response, no apology or anything and we just ended the call at that. Customer service goes a long way, even if they couldn’t come out or forgot to call back to say that. There was no communication and was rude the next day. If you can’t do emergency calls, please don’t say that you are 24 hrs and accept emergency calls.
