Eric was responsive with an urgent need to repair my AC and was able to arrive same day. He was professional, courteous, explained my repair and was very thorough in his repair and ensuring that I was satisfied before his departure. I would trust him with any AC/Furnace needs in the future!

I was at a loss what to do when my radiators were not working and had no heat. Erik was referred by a mutual friend and went out of his way to see if the issue could be fixed. Unfortunately it was beyond that point and suggested a higher grade boiler than the one previously installed. I went with his referral and checked his reviews and information on the boiler suggested. We were expecting a very cold snap here in Milwaukee and he and his technicians worked throughout the day and night until the job was completed. They were very professional and considerate throughout the process. He advised me on what maintenance I should follow and considering the new boiler and water heater installed I feel appropriate what the total of the cost and installation came to. I would highly recommend Oasis Heating and Air Cooling for anyone else that needs services related to heating and cooling. Thank you Erik for getting the heat back on. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Erik and his associate (whose name I didn't catch, I'm so sorry!) are absolutely *excellent*! I'm so happy I was able to get their help in a pinch to fix my furnace that broke in below zero temperatures. I initially called after midnight, and Erik was understanding and patient with me despite the late hour. I ultimately waited until normal business hours for the repairs. Erik kept me up to date on his ETA, and was incredibly kind and professional. Despite their busy schedule in this nasty weather (before Christmas!), Erik was patient and answered all of my questions. I'm grateful for their quick, professional service and great value. They'll be the first ones I call if I ever need help again! Thank you both so much!

Erik Peterson, owner of Oasis Heating and Air LLC, responded to my Emergency call at 9:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. He was at my home less than a half hour later. Erik is professional, friendly and straightforward (which I appreciated). He got my 26 year old system running that night for which I was very thankful. Recommended.

Eric was quick and professional. He tuned up two furnances and changed thier filters. He talked about life expectancy and common problems, answered all my questions

Furnace stopped working.
Called in the AM they sent someone (Eric) over in the PM,
I was expecting he'd look at the furnace, say something needs to be replaced, we have to order it and it will take a few days,
Instead he opened it up and fixed it.
I was impressed.
Something breaks again they'll be my first call.

My furnace was not pushing out heat. Another company looked at it, told me it wasn't covered under warranty, and wanted to charge me thousands of dollars or replace the furnace. RJ Heating fixed it and it was completely covered under warranty. Very professional, timely, and great customer service.

RJ Heating provided an accurate and competitive quote. We received four quotes for our work. RJ Heating was the only company aware of a recall on our current furnace.

They scheduled two days to complete our job. They were finished in a day and a half. My wife and I were very impressed with how clean Ron and Gary worked as well as how kind, and customer focused all of the RJ Heating employees were.

We are looking forward to working with RJ Heating well in to the future.
